It’ll be the McMain line for the Utah Mar. Utah starts with the puck. Sharon go 
trying to get it back into that Utah zone. back behind Vanichek and they score right off the start Utah and in particular Vanichek wanted. So 
here’s the entry and this is what the Flames like to do. Hunt pucks and that’s exactly what they 
did. Picked up the loose puck behind the net, threw it out in front. Cadri does a nice 
job with the wrap around Sharon Govich. No coverage. Marino slow getting back to the 
front of the net and Sharon go scores his fourth. Marino down around out of the reach 
of Kusnet that allows Mammoth to get to it. Will put one off the stick of Dustin Wolf. 
Marino able to navigate that Bane across the Calgary line. Gross was moving to the net. 
Blocker stop on the short side play by the man. Keller quickly ahead on the schmaltz. His shot 
blocker stopped Dustin Wolf came close to the line not out though and Cadrick back to Rasmus 
Anderson and again Nam Cadrick Anderson a one-time stop Bach rebound available and the Mammoth fight 
to get it to the line but Anderson holds it in trying to drag it around. Pressure from Stanley. 
Coronado gets it back onto Anderson. Steps into it. Glove save by Vanichek. And he’ll hang on. 
Held at the line. Flame still on the power play. Michael Backwood on McKenzie Weaguer across. 
One timer. Jericho. Stop. Rebound. Back on. And a stop by Vanic. Puck still loose. What 
is now a leg burner for the five mammoth out there will use the glass wisely and Keller with 
that speed comes in trying a sharp angle shot. boy in deep and go bang some bodies and hunt 
pucks. McBain waiting for Krauss to clear. He did. Carone with a rising shot. Shoulder 
stopped by Wolf as slips past him. A little elbow. Carone wraps it around. No shot on goal. 
Carone gets it back now. Lets it go. Wolf is down. What a save. Dustin Wolf with the shot. Then the 
rebound goes to McBain. Look at this right pad. Pushing hard from his left. That looked like 
a sure goal. John, he continues to raise his game and Schmid with a blast. That went wide on 
the blocker side. Keller drops Schmaltz back to Keller across. What a stople and another first 
Purka then Schmaltz. What a double Dustin Wolf and then beautiful setup to Purka comes across. 
Could be why it works as well. That’s right. Yeah. false. Long shot will squeeze it well out. 
Typically, you’re not going to see this one beat a good goalender. Although it looks 
as though it may have hit KN just was an assistant coach but a goalie coach for us in Los 
Angeles and he was just absolutely amazing for me. He knew my personality too. Saw the praises 
of Larara on and off the ice. Here comes Connor Ziri. Some room stop by Vanich. Terry gets a great 
opportunity here after giving up a goal 16 seconds in. Look how efficient this is. Nice save. 
That is just breezed right by here at Calgary. Yamamoto hard to the net. Coach, I looked 
all the fun games there with Jason, but to be a really good one and Jason is, you’ve 
got to also do some tough love and you’ve got to really push the guys. Cry comes in. Surprising 
shot and Vanichek got just a piece of that. Comes back out in front and Sherovic was eyeing up 
his second of the game, but no opportunity there. Boo to the front. He was knocked down right 
at the top of the crease. There he and the mammoth trying to work on something late. Serge 
snaps it. Hard shot off a piece of the glove. was trying to angle that through the legs of 
Anderson, but Flames work it up ice instead. Cross coming in. His shot off the stop of Bach, but 
because of the back to back Vanichek gets in the slides it across. Backhander on by Schmaltz and a 
terrific stop. Schmaltz, he’s a great goal scorer. Watch that. That good hands. He’s trying to get 
Wolfe to open up. Gunther was looking to make a drive on the back hand. Hopped over his blade. 
Lamaroo shoots, tipped in front. Wolf slides over with the left pad and Neil boot with the redirect 
on the Lamaroo shot. Look at this reaction by little difficulty. He’ll spread it out. Kubo 
turned it over. Stenlet and a stop by Wol. Shargo some room drives then backs off. Sharing in 
front goes to Wiger. Right pass saved by Banichek. plays it back in the corner. Pressure hangs onto 
the puck though. Swings the circuit jump. Good shot there and a stop by Dustin Wolf, but he’s the 
one that goes down. Clap cold tangled up as the play comes right back at him. Fer down to Kafka 
wrapped around stopped by Vanichek with the right pad. Ron, Kevin, Jennifer, and Biz could talk 
about Rasmus Anderson again in the intermission like they did last intermission. Weer shot handled 
by Vanichek. McBain bouncing puck picks it up. Weer trying to get it out. Can’t. Krauss in. 
Shoots off the crossbar out. Bouncing puck back to Wolf and Bane swipe, but Dustin Wolf has got 
it like Weaguer does right here. They are going to pounce on it. Gross has got, as I said, 
he’s got a great shot and he knows to use it. He doesn’t pass too often when he’s in 
that sort of situation and just rips it off the post and Wol is able to hold it after 
that. And a little kiss of the crossbar. Yeah, there you go. Right. Spin one up. B goes cross 
ice. Gunther coming in. Dylan Gunther on the back hand and a stop by Wolf with Hayton over 
spun around. Puck came free. Stland finds it meaning twoon-one. Stland over to O’Brien. Shot 
stopped by Wolf leaning to his right. Nearly lost it. Now Utah picks it up. Schmaltz racing ahead 
in for Kelly. Pops to Lamaru. Glove save. Dustin Wooder gets there before O’Brien. Flames double 
up. Popka’s there as well. Off the skate back to club. Quick shot. Glove saved by Vanichek. A 
on the move again. Del Sherovich looking for his second of the night. Stopped on the short side. 
Left side by Vanichek. Penalty coming up here. Drawing it up. Rose up. Hit be bounces to McBain. 
Swings in front. O’Brien again set it up and it stays out. Two games in a row. Watch this feed 
from McBain right to O’Brien. He elevates too. That is a terrific save. O’Brien does what you’re 
supposed to do. Try and elevate. But look at the lateral movement. He’s had a lot of good looks 
tonight. Rasmus Anderson. on the outside toward all alone and a piece and half from Van Anderson. 
Wow, what a another period. Vanich check. Oh, he does see it at the very last second. And how about 
O’Brien and Lombberg having their opportunities tonight. Keller bouncing puck. Wolves stayed 
right on it in the final minute of the second. One- nothing Calgary. Gazenova rims it bounces 
to Coronado. Puts it on blocker stop. Vanichek to save the zone for the Flames. Utah up the 
boards. There’s Waguer again. Shot blocker stopped by Vanichek to propel it up and out 
and opens up every so often and then there’s those opportunities and then change a game 
and then it’s hard work, right? Jersey stick back to Marino in for the shot that’s blocked but 
loose in front and now Dustin Wolf will cover up. Just puck battle after puck battle all along 
the walls it seems. And there’s another one. Carone cuts back backhander off the skate to be on 
a fly by eaten in the mammoth up to Cole. Reaching set swings over Gunther and shoots. Piece of the 
post I think on the outside blocker side. Talking about that the Flames they were really trying to 
do a good job of getting in lanes. What a nice Gunther moves in. Gunther with a rush and a stop 
by Dustin Le. They separate. Ziri bouncing puck on a Vanichek driving the front was back looking 
for Carone. Ball off of the crossbar from McBain. That was a turnover by Ball. They’ve been pushing 
so hard here in the third. Watch his play staying with it. Lamaroo gets the stick in leans on it. 
Hanley up top. His shot surprised Vanichek as it rises but he’s able to keep it in front of him 
and Utah clears the rebound. Turned over by boot though Dervish out of that corner to Wber. 
Get a piece of that by Vanichek. Good play by Ryan Husker to get the fourth line out. That 
created a little bit of momentum for Calgary. They needed a shift like this. McBain slices 
through Joel Handley. McBain comes over in support. He nearly turned it over. The Flames are 
having to make decisions quicker. There’s a stop by Dustin Woff trying to slow it down. Jersey 
got there. My goodness, he kept it in. Surgv breaking out the one time was Raspus Anderson 
wanted to go to Coleman now. He shoots. scores there into the empty net joining. But watch 
Rasmus Anderson read this plate. They’re going to kick it out to the flank to Gunther for 
the one-time. Rasmus was all over it. He’s going to get the primary assist as well. Zary, the 
first ever win for Calgary against the Utah club. Mammoth took all three while they were the Utah 
Hockey Club last year and the first meeting this year. It’s a shut out win for Dustin Wolf
