Paul George’s BEST Game Of The Season… He Might BE BACK! #76ers #Sixers #NBA

I cannot believe the 76ers came out on the second of a backtoback after flying to Milwaukee overnight and made a game this easy. Now, credit to the Bucks because they are absolutely horrendous. Doc Rivers might be one of the worst coaches in the NBA. I didn’t even think the Bucks were running sets out there. It looked like Doc Rivers said, “This is a scheduled loss. Go do whatever the heck you want to do.” But typical fashion of the Sixers, similar to last night, the lead starts dwindling. Your palms are getting a little bit sweaty. And although they brought it back down to nine, it was Paul George who ended this game with back-to back mitties. Beautiful pullup Jays. Is Paul George back? Maybe he is. This was by far, all stats aside, the best Paul George game of the season. He took over when he needed to. He took a hold of this offense when you could tell Tyrese Maxi was absolutely winded. You knew one of these games were coming soon. But Maxi did not have anything tonight. And it was actually Paul George who dropped 25 and five with a steel on seven of 15 from the field and hit every big shot when he needed to. when the Sixers actually play Paul George for 30 minutes, he has his best game of the season. So, bad minute restrictions forever. If the Sixers can get a sliver of this Paul George consistently, it completely changes the dynamic of the team. But will they get that? That is the million-doll question. The 76ers had 61 bench points. And the spark came from Jabari Walker, who had 16 points on four threes in the first half alone. And we’ve talked about Dominic Barlo, how good he’s looked.

The Sixers advance to 13-9 after beating the Bucks on the second game of a back-to-back. Paul George had his best game of the season and is starting to look like he may be back.   5. Jabari walker is one of those random guys that I like. He’s a chunky SF who cant jump, but uses that size to guard 4’s and box out consistently. Surprisingly solid rebounder who just seems to know where he needs to be on the floor. And with guys like him, Barlow, Grimes, Watford, Bona & Jared all developing nicely, I think the Nick Nurse drama is overblown tbh. Or biggest problem is —and will always be— having $100 million in cap space sitting on the bench.

  9. At full strength, when healthy, this sixers team has enough talent from 1-9 to play any team. Got the vets, rookies and young guns ready to become prime

  14. Fickle fan base all emotion and no brains. Literally worst team in the league trade everyone and tank one game – next game you're winning the finals. I'm not exaggerating, if they lose against the Lakers you'll see everyone flip again. Yeah lose some games then win some games, sounds like every basketball season ever played. can we not freak out over everything? We got 82 of these things lol

  18. Mann we won this game bc everyone including some surprising players like Jabari stepping up. Let’s not make this look like PG carried us to this victory, he played well but he didn’t do nothing spectacular. Let’s not forget he’s a Max Contract player.

  21. 13-9. Better than last year at this point, I’m not mad at it. Last three games I have seen better ball movement as well. Nick Nurse just has to play guys more, PG needs to play more, he is good now. Stop taking Jared out so early and why didn’t he play Edwards at all? But hey a win is a win, 3 in a row!!! Lakers are the first big test this season

  22. PG had a run of bad luck with injuries here. And then there was a culture problem of falling back on injuries to the point of not wanting to play at all. Maxey has changed the Sixers culture and made the team competitive with leadership and a want to be great. Hopefully PG feels the team's upside and decides to give it his all. If the Sixers can depend on Maxey and PG as their main shot creators the Sixers can compete for a chip.

    If Nurse doesn't cripple the team putting Embiid in the game to hero ball the lead away they should be really fun to watch.

    A lot of content creators go out of their way to find a scapegoat to protect Embiid from criticism. I don't think PG is going to be available 4 that this season. They are going to have to find their Tobias Harris somewhere else.
