Uh, set your notifications to us so you can get all of our content. Matty and Smitty Bender Banter later. Three up, three down. Tell us your sip. Saturday night at the Garden and it’s a three four to one Bruins win tonight. Second uh home win in a row. Uh, back-to-back wins for the first time in almost a month. 11 and five at home. 130 and0 and they lead after two. Uh, we keep saying it’s not sustainable. 30 games in seems to be sustainable. I mean, I I just I don’t get this team. I really don’t. By all accounts, it’s not sustainable. I mean, this this was shaping up. I mean, they had a really good third, but this was shaping up as another another game where they win with like less than 15 shots. Mhm. Um, and that just doesn’t [ __ ] happen. I mean, it just doesn’t happen. And here comes this team, you know, scoring multiple goals again. Um, getting contributions up and down the lineup. And I mean, it it’s just been carrying on for so long. Maybe it is sustainable. Maybe this team can do it. Maybe they can continue to score goals and get dominated five on five, but still find ways to win games. I don’t know. I I mean, it it’s getting to the point where you’re just gonna have to believe that they can do it. Um, you know, Ben, but don’t break defensively, I guess, is what you would call it. Uh, because they they’re still getting dominated five on five, you know, you know, expected goals four and all that [ __ ] Um, but here they are, you know, [ __ ] what, 16 wins, 11 wins, most most uh most tied with the most home wins with the [ __ ] Colorado Avalanche or, you know, running away with the damn thing. Yeah. you know, you’re Boston Bruins. Here they are. I mean, I just I don’t [ __ ] get it. But yeah, as uh Mick Rack says, roll with it. And Steve Winwood both say that. Roll with it, baby. Yeah, let’s roll with it. 17 and three. They’re 13-0 when they lead after two. They’re four and So that means they’re four and 13. Not a math major, but four and 13 when they don’t. So maybe that’s part of the sustainability. If they have the lead after two, they wrap it up tight. They they win that thing. Uh they don’t come all the way back as evidenced by that four and 13 record. Uh so if they’re ahead and they seem to be opportunistic when they score, it’s like they they get good chances tonight. They had that tic-tac goal like every It seems like every game they have one of these really kind of nice goals or they get this snipe goal out of nowhere and then they sort of you know it sustains and they win and they don’t get much else but they they pounce on the opportunity when they get it. Um you know Geeky scored another one today on a beautiful pass by Elias Lynholm. He’s got eight assists since he came back. Yeah. Um, you know, so you know, he’s been better and that line’s been good with Steves. And Steves, I’ll tell you what, Steves is a problem. He’s an issue right now. He’s he’s all over the ice. He’s he’s hitting. He’s creating chances. And and here’s the thing difference between Steves and Nutty. And I learned today, Nutty will do a lot of those types of things. Doesn’t come doesn’t produce a goal, right? But when Steves does it, it seems to produce a quality chance and or a goal. Yeah. Um, I I agree and it’s gonna be interesting to see what happens when Posard comes back. Yeah. Um, it looks to me, uh, right now, if you would ask me, I think Nutty’s the odd man out because they love Cari and, you know, they gave AC the contract and he’s, you know, he’s got five goals or whatever he has, um, or four goals, whatever it is. So, I can’t see them taking him out. Um, so I think Nutty is the odd man out. He drew a penalty tonight. He wasn’t bad by any stretch of the imagination, but he’s a fourthline guy who can do the hustle plays on the fourth line. Um, but he doesn’t he doesn’t, you know, create offense really. Um, you know, Steve’s creates offense. He was out there on the power play, ripped one off the post on a, you know, shooting from that rightwing circle. Um, so you know, he he fits in pretty well with those guys and he does enough of the small things, you know, the hitting and that kind of stuff where I think he can move up and down the lineup when a guy like Pos comes comes back and and probably, you know, he has to slide down a little bit. Yeah, it’ll Yeah, I mean, we’ll see what happens there because they have I would assume Nadia would come out of the lineup and Steves would be moved down, but you almost feel like it’s a shame right now to move him off that line. Yes. And maybe try, you know, Poshar would zap back with his his Czech teammate, you know, and maybe Middlestat. Uh, maybe have, I don’t know, Arbertson down with some. I don’t know. But it’s it’s really a shame. Wouldn’t mind seeing um Posanak play with Middlestat a little bit because I think he’s guy that could pass. And yeah, you know, maybe that opens up a little bit more shooting opportunities for Posanak where, you know, when he’s playing with Geeky, it seemed like, especially recently, he was looking to pass a little bit more than shoot. So, I wouldn’t mind seeing him playing with a guy like Middlestat that maybe, you know, passes a little bit more and gets past some of those opportunities to fire the puck. Yeah, nice to see Peaker get off the schneide. Uh Pete, you know, Pete went up and down, you know, but he got a he got a nice uh 75 footer or whatever it is, 175 footer. He got one and he drilled it. Uh it was nice to see him get off the schneide and he did he pulled the bow and arrow thing and it was just priceless. Oh, I think that was a monkey off back. I thought he was a marksman. Yeah, I don’t think I think he thinks he’s Patrick Kane. I think it was the the old monkey off the back for getting his first of the year. I think he’s out there. [ __ ] Yeah. Border barbecue sauce, baby. Yeah. Um but yeah, so you know, hey, it they’re really they’re really good at home. I mean, they’re 11 and five. They beat quality teams at home. The Devils are reeling after Jack Hughes and that [ __ ] knife fight he had at the restaurant. You know, four and eight since then. You know, they have they’re winless and five. Disappointing team. Um Sheldon Keith someone said on here earlier like had his hands in his pockets. Yeah. Like it’s it’s you know it’s kind of mindb blowing. I had him a year or two ago like as a Stanley Cup contender. I believed in them for three years and they can’t come through. I don’t know what it is. They keep letting us down. They do letting us down. Look, they’re heading in the right direction though because they scored a goal tonight which they hadn’t done in the last two Jesus Christ. So one goal in their last three games for the Devils. So you time it seems like all it took is team Omire to play the Bruins because he seems to kill the Bruins. Yeah, he does since the Shock days. But um yeah, so yeah, I mean Zidorov I thought was shaky with the puck. There was some there was that two and a half minute shift by the Devils where Zidorov was skating all over the defensive zone with no rhyme or reason. He was up. Yeah, I mean I think it was man-on-man coverage. So I think that’s what the that’s what it was. Yeah, I mean I think that’s what it was. But Oh my god. You know, there was a few times he kind of lost the guy and then whacked him. Um, so so I mean it’s it’s not great. It’s I mean it’s not really what you’re looking for. The defensive zone coverage still at times loose loose loose loose like l and he’s threw some pucks out in front. How about Hampus Lhome almost fiveold as goender. Yeah. Second time this year, you know, trying like hell. There was a play I I was going to text you guys but I don’t think I did. Uh there was a play like they had an easy clear possession of the park campus went went back to get it didn’t really have anybody on him. He kind of lost it in the boards in the in the left wing corner. Um and then they ended up turning it over because the guy came and pressured him and then the Devils have like 30 seconds of offensive zone time just because he can’t collect the puck along the boards. Like he’s he’s struggled since he’s come back from injury kind of. Yes. Um, and he needs to he needs to be much better if they’re going to, you know, they’re going to clean up the defensive zone a little bit here. Yeah, he seems I don’t The only word I can think of is like twitchy. Like he just seems like not comfortable. Like Yeah, he seems he seems a little off. And I don’t know, maybe it’s like he doesn’t really trust the knee yet. Maybe there’s that, you know, something there with that thing. I don’t know. Um maybe he’s just not all the way back. He came back a little earlier. Yeah. I mean, I don’t know what it is, but he does seem Yeah. Yeah. Maybe he’s sleepd deprived. Um, he does seem like he’s just a little off right now and he needs to uh he needs to clean that up a little bit. Yeah. I mean, Lynholm at Makavoy, new dads. I mean, maybe that maybe that has something to do with just lack of focus. Who knows? Human beings. Who knows? But, um, yeah, I mean, you know, look, they’re they’re good at home. They aren’t great on the road. Uh we we went through the list of teams and and until Christmas Oilers come in and they’re at Minnesota and you know, but look, they’re already two and 0 in those last 10 and they still continue to hang on and it’s uh I mean I thought they would lose this one. So I did I thought they would lose this one, but they’ve won they’ve beaten good teams at home and but can they win on the road and they haven’t been able to and they are a different team on the road. Um they’re also a different team. Corpy played well the other night, but the Blues are terrible. Um but but they but Corpy um when Corpy’s in there, it’s shaky. Like Swayman’s been excellent. And look, I I have issues with the guy. Um still, but he’s if he’s this good, then absolutely on this team, he’s worth the money because this team needs that kind of goalending. It needs it. Oh, absolutely it does. Yeah. in him. So, they’re they’re so uh poor five on five that they do need they need him to be one of their best players night in and night out. And he look tonight he made a couple of big saves. I think it was still 2-1 at the time. It was um you know kind of pad save along the ice. Yeah. Left pad and then the rebound of that that he kicked out. Uh you know that’s a big big save at that particular point in the game. you know, if they tie it, then, you know, maybe the momentum changes and that’s a whole different ball game. Um, but he’s been he’s been really good. I mean, he’s been really good. You know, he’s had four bad games all year long. They were all really bad games, but he’s only had four bad games all year. You know, every other game he’s been above 900, and he’s given him a chance. Um, and you know, that’s what we told him to do. Shut up and save the puck. And right now, he’s doing that. So, give the guy credit. Um, you know, we’ve killed him plenty on here. Um, you can go back and watch the tapes. Uh, it’s all over the place. But, you know, when he’s when he’s playing well, uh, which he is right now, there aren’t many better. There really is. No, there aren’t. And he’s far more likable when he’s playing like this. And I don’t like his personality at all. So, that’s that’s part of the problem. I don’t like the main business school stuff. I don’t like, you know, Jeremy. I don’t, you know, any I don’t like any of that stuff. So when he’s just quiet and he’s stopping the puck, he’s in infinitely more likable. He is. And you Stur of the OP roster, he said Bulldog and everybody’s like wof like I mean Jesus Christ almighty. Just stop the [ __ ] Yeah. Um and and then side quest life. We appreciate that. Yeah, we do. And is he losing his mind or is Apricots good? Here’s one thing I notic about Apricots last couple games. He’s beating pretty good skaters back to the park. Like he’s a better skater than I thought. Like like sprint skater. Like he can really get back there which is good. Yeah. I mean they they could use some guys with some wheels. Like he beat Jesper Brat in a in a in a foot race. He did towards the end of the game there which Brad is really fast. So you know it’s good and he plays a physical style which is good. Um, you know, he did get walked by somebody. I don’t remember who it was. Um, you know, coming down the left. No, it was um Mercer. Was it? Was it Mercer? Someone walked in. Yeah, I don’t remember who it was. You know, kind of a inside outside inside deep that put it put the puck through his skates and walked right in. Um, you know, so you know, I that’s why he’s been in the AHL, I would say. Yeah. Um, but he’s held his own certainly and he’s given them a boost when they’ve had guys hurt. He plays his offside also, which, you know, they really need because they’re so short-handed on the right side, right? So, I like everything I’ve seen from Apricot so far, you know, since he’s been called up. Yeah. And I think Sodrom’s hanging in there. He did have three giveaways today, but he’s hanging in there. He played 15 minutes. Um, Zidorov played 20. Uh, he was a plus three. three shots. Uh, two shots missed. Uh, didn’t have a hit tonight. Steves with four hits. Jano with seven hits and an assist. Um, Castle with four hits. I mean, we did talk about heaviness. Uh, in the text message today, Connor was asking about heavy teams. Geeki is a big guy. Latero, of course, we’re talking about LNO because he scored again tonight. Mhm. Um and and you know, coming down the road, the Bruins are going to be even bigger and heavier potentially. Um and if that still suits the league now and so forth, um I still would like them to be a little bit better skating team. But if you can pound some teams, I think that’s part of the reason why they’re 13 and0 if they lead after two, you know, is that wear teams down a little bit, get some good goalending, and finish the game. Um, and I think that that’s uh, you know, I think their heaviness and their piss and vinegar and all that is working. The problem is 82 games of playing that way. Yeah. I mean, ask Cam Neely about that. I mean, that’s that’s uh you’re begging for injuries, which they’ve had. Yeah. You you get that. And I also feel like you’re sus sus sus susceptible in transition when you’re a slow team. Yes. Um, you know, we saw it, you know, earlier on in the season when they didn’t really have their D zone tightened up as much. That fourth guy coming was usually wide open. Um, that hasn’t happened as much, but that’s a worry for for a team that isn’t a fast team. If you get caught in transition, you know, you’re not a good skating team. You know, that’s something to worry about. What do you got, Conor? What is faster, the Boston Bruins or Smitty? Pronouncing susceptible. It was tight there for a minute. Yeah. I mean, it’s it was catch and go. I was catching spell it. That’s your That’s your area. That’s my thing. Yeah, that’s that’s my thing. Um Yeah. I mean, I I agree. I mean, it’s it’s about the transition. If you’re hitting, you know, down deep in the offensive zone, they transition, can you back check, get back? There was a terrific back check. Was it Zaka? It was Zaka. Oh my god, that was a great that was a alltimer. That was a great back check. Uh, you know, and and we talked about apricots and and I think Lowry is a decent skater getting back. He’s not a physical guy. Um, Zidora does a decent I mean Zidorov, which people are surprised, but he’s one of the top skaters like when he gets going acceleration wise, like when he gets to top speed, he’s one of the fastest skaters in the league. I think he’s top five in the league right now. Once he once he gets up to top speed, he’s, you know, 23 and change miles an hour, which is ridiculous, right? And you got Nutty and Steves and they’re pretty good skaters. And um I think you need a mix overall, though. Like I think you need a guy like Hagens who’s probably a little quicker and can handle it. And you know, then a big guy like I feel like you need a little bit of everything. I think you need some guys that are fast. I think you need some playmakers, obviously, some shooters. You need some big physical Dmen, but you also need some guys who can skate and move the puck. Like, I think you need a little bit of everything. And as long as you define the roles and say, “Hey, this is what you’re here for.” Um, you know, I think that’s what makes kind of a championship team. You can you can play multiple ways. You can beat teams in multiple ways. Um, you know, if you get dragged into a contest that’s physical, you have guys who can do that. If you have if there’s if the game’s more wide open, you have guys who can play that way. So, I think you need a little bit of everything. Um, but certainly you need some guys that can handle, you know, three months of physicality in the playoffs. So, if you have a bigger team, I think that’s more playoff ready than if you had, you know, a team like New Jersey who maybe is a little smaller and quicker. So, it’ll be interesting to see how the Bruins kind of build this thing going forward and whether Sweeney can kind of mesh the two, which I think he’s been trying to do. I’m not sure. I feel like he’s been trying to kind of tow that line and now they’re shifting a little bit more piss and vinegar uh and bigger and and physical. Um but they do need to add some offense to that. Um I mean the offense is still an issue I think if you get to playoff time like I just think it would be maybe I’m wrong. Maybe they’d still be as opportunistic but I don’t know. I mean that that makes me nervous. Mr. Po Yeah, Mr. Sorry to interrupt. Mr. Po has some said some we have some guys who are pretty good shooters which I think definitely plays a part like if you if if you’re opportunistic and you have guys who can really shoot the puck you know you know if the other team makes one mistake and it’s in their net uh with guys like Geeky or Steves or whomever you see Chris J says this show isn’t nearly as much fun with the bees winning or playing well that’s something negative yeah I mean Jesus Lel shooting 28% down the farm and not getting a chance. The [ __ ] up with that guy? Yeah. I mean, we’re talking [ __ ] positive, Chris, for crying out loud. I mean, what do you want? We can’t have nice things. Yeah. I mean, I’ll tell you, I I don’t know. I I want to be as negative as hell. I do. I mean, I don’t want this to work. I’m not I’m not doing the podcast from my [ __ ] floor. I actually got a [ __ ] has a desk now. Yeah. So, I am uh I’m no longer moving on up. [ __ ] This [ __ ] is not as glamorous as it seems, Chris. You know, it just isn’t. Oh, it’s behind the scenes. You You would laugh. You’re Yeah, you would. You would. Um naked from the waist down. So, yeah. I mean, yeah. I’m not standing up anytime soon. Um Fabian Lysel, just to touch on that, Fabian Lysol scores his 10th goal of the year. He’s shooting 27.8% or something on the season. Yeah. Um I mean now okay I’m going to put it out there right now. Who would you replace who would who would he replace right now in this team? Uh I mean it’s a good point. So there so there you go. Right now it’s a good point. Right now I mean who would you take out? No one right now. I mean Nutty would be probably the only guy I’d consider. Yeah. But I’m not putting myself on the fourth line. No. So, so if you going to do that, you’d have to move Steves down to the fourth line, which you don’t really want to do. And you would have to put Lysel up there with those guys. That’s what you’d have to do if you wanted to give him a Steve’s down and that’s what you have to do if you wanted to give him a legitimate chance. Yeah, you would. And right now, you just don’t need to. And I don’t know what’s happening there. Well, the other thing about Lysel, though, is I mean, how how many games have they played, you know, in they are uh they were 16 and three. 16 and four coming in. So 21 tonight was a 21. He played 21 games and he has 10 goals and he’s shooting 27%. So that means he’s taken, you know, less than 40 shotsish. So that’s, you know, less than two shots a game. That’s not great. Really? Not great. But Geeki takes two and a half shots a game. Yeah. Geeki has, you know, Geeki has 202 goals. Yeah. I mean, Bruins 1970 says, but you know what? He makes too much money to to be going to do with him, you know, send him down, send him through waiverss. So, I mean, who would is someone claim Would someone claim Iverson? Yes, I think they would. Yes, I think they would. Would he’d be an easy claim? He’s on an expiring contract. He would be a very easy claim. Yeah, he would be. He would be. Um, D Lel definitely slept with Sweeny’s wife, says Mr. Poe. It could be, you know, it could be. You could have, you could have 1970 say not not to send him down to just scratch him. Scratch our scratch him totally. Yeah. And bring up uh bring up Lyso. Um I mean it’s it’s possible they could do something like that, but they’re they’re cap they’re kind of up against it. So they’ve been playing some cap gymnastics to kind of get guys, you know, up and down on the roster anyway. So, I think in order to have some room to make a move at mid-season, you can’t you can’t really be bringing up a contract and just keeping the other one up here because you’re just you’re just passing cap space away. Right. Right. All right, let’s bring in the real stars of the show. Brent Bender’s banter presented by Evolve ABA consulting services. But let me guess, you you recorded that so you could use it as just a [ __ ] dead read. I mean, hey, we only record the ones with a little bit of, you know, bumps. Yeah. A little They want to be You want to give a human touch to them? Yeah, I couldn’t spit that one out. Sorry, Sean Dailyaly. I know. I thought you were the word guy. Jesus feet. Yeah. I mean, Jesus. I mean, it’s all right. I’ll shut up and say go was think wants to wants to record it and then run it at like three times the speed. He does through that thing. Blow it. Yeah. Uh Michigan Mike Zel scored his 10th goal last night. So Bruins prospects there’s like three in the top 20 and LNO is just outside the top 20 now. Yeah. Pelosi’s had a great year. Uh Zeers great year. Hagens. Yeah. and now Lerno with his ninth goal tonight. So Jesus, you know, look, at least they have some prospects to speak of. You know, whether or not they turn into whatever, I don’t know because that’s never a guarantee as we’ve seen. Once Ryan Mujinell gets his [ __ ] claws in, it’ll be all over. But right now, they’re playing free and easy and doing their thing. So, good for them. Uh, Adrianne, I’m not sure if I already shared this last year, but NJ Devils fact. In the late 2000s, I made the muscle suit for part of the mascot’s costume. Wow. Wow. There’s a celebrity in the chat. There’s a celebrity amongst us. Yes. Wow. That’s That’s a neat little job. Go ahead, Connor. So, in the midst of looking for some old quotes in an old show, I came across a show with some comments from Adrian and a little turtle that she adopted at uh her school that she was. That’s right. We had a turtle discussion. Yes. And they basically a kid brought it in in his pocket and I want Adrienne to let us know if that turtle is still kicking. Just curious. Don’t turtles live to like 180 or something? Yes, that was the conversation in the middle of the show where you basically said it would be I think we were probably talking about turtles and from Australia like turtles and spiders and kangaroos. Yeah, they can turtles that can kill you basically. I just saw I just saw an interview today probably popped up because we’ve been talking about this stupid crap. But Marggo Robbie was on some talk show and and they were asking her about, you know, things that could kill you in Australia. And she’s like, “Yeah, it’s there all the time, but you don’t really think about it.” And then the person asked her, “How many of your friends have been killed by spiders and and kangaroos, you know, out of 10?” And and he’s like, “Seven seven out of 10 of our [ __ ] friends and family.” Well, you don’t think about it. You don’t think about it there all the time. Yeah. Uh but you don’t think about it much. Wow. Yeah. Yeah. I don’t know. Dan Maynard hasn’t shown up tonight. Maybe he was just murdered by a Marvin kangaroo. Yeah, by a black widow or some [ __ ] Jesus. Hopefully not. Uh Steve’s Elias Lynholm Geeky is a great line. I don’t know if Storm is going to want to touch that when pasta is back. Might have to figure some stuff out, says Lucky Charm. I’m with you. Like I Jesus, it one thing you don’t want to do is kind of mess with that and then the lines get a little scrambled and you get out of sync like this. this this team is a little too fragile offensively to do that thing. So, I don’t I don’t know. I I I don’t know what the answer is. U Yeah, I think they they you they’ve left the third line alone most of the year. Mhm. Uh because of the chemistry and because they’ve been playing well. I’d like to see them do that with that line as well. Like, leave them alone. Move Pasta to play with, you know, Zaka and Arbertson or whatever. Uh, and move Steves down and play with Minton. I get Well, I mean, I guess that would mess that line up. So, that would mess that line up. Steve’s go down and Netty comes out with I mean I think that’s probably what will happen and that will kill Steves’s production to play with Corali. No question about it. Um, but you know, I I think that’s probably the best thing to do right when Pasta comes back. Look, if they struggle, you know, all bets are off. They’ll mix it up. But yeah, I think um you know, right away you have two lines going right now. You probably should leave them alone. Yeah. And the second line’s coming. Sure. Too. So yeah, it’s it’s an interesting thing. Right now they’re playing pretty well without Parson. Uh I I I read coming into this game, I think without Makavoy, they were like four and six or something or they were under 500. Um but they’re they’ve won these two games here at home and yeah, you know, see if they can go to St. Louis and St. Louis by last check was up on Ottawa after a terrible first period. They scored neighbors scored two goals and they were up two nothing on the Senators. Uh Michigan might rather see Dean spend his junior year at BC and enjoy success and wallowing crap in Providence. Latero is definitely playing next year at BC. I would say I don’t think he’s signing at the end of the season. No. Unless something crazy happens and he really goes off Yeah. down the stretch and has a great, you know, BC makes it in the playoffs and has a great, you know, tournament. I I really see him going back to BC and um, you know, playing there one more year. I think here’s why, though. They already sped him up one time. Yes. And Sweeney said it was a mistake, so I don’t think they do that again. I agree with you. Even if he scores [ __ ] 18 goals, I don’t think he’s doing it. Hagens absolutely I think is signing. I think he’s going to be done. Yeah, I think he was going to be done. I mean, he wanted to come out, you know, after last year, even even though he didn’t have a great year. So, um I think um yeah, I think he’s he’s probably done after this year. The people people were people were honor him about his no assists. Uh and I’ll tell you, first of all, his his linemates haven’t been great. No. And you were right tweeting back people were all over him for not shooting enough last year. Yeah, they were. So now he’s shooting and scoring and now you’re bitching about his assists. Like look it just produce. I don’t give a rat. Yeah. I mean that’s what I that’s what I care about. Like make good decisions with the puck. Like if the shots there, take the shot. If the if you know the pass is there, make the pass. Like he’s has a good enough hockey IQ that he’ll be able to make good plays with the puck. That’s what I want for my number one center. I don’t want force passes all the time and I don’t want him to force shots all the time. Like make the play that’s there. That’s all I’m saying. and the team was struggling so he like put him on his back. Him and him and Lerno like they were struggling so he needed to do more. So that’s part probably part of it. Like they came out of the gate slow. Yeah. You know and they’ve they’ve rebounded tremendously and it’s because of Hagens and Lerno. Absolutely. The rest of the team is you know whatever but Higgins and Lerno are the Gasso and Jelvic are out. So, um, yeah. So, that’s, uh, I, you know, I I’m happy with the production of both, and I’m happy with the trending. They just keep trending. Y that way. Uh, Damon Steve showing Patra, Lysel, Murk, and company what it takes to stay up with the big boys. His play is impressive, and he plays hard. For checks like a madman. Take note, boys. Yeah, I think that’s I think that’s very true. Um, look, again, Pra’s too slight. Lysel doesn’t like to play that game. Mercury is off the grid. Like he’s just he’s a he’s an AHL now. To me, he’s not even a prospect. He’s he’s an AHL guy like the other guys. I don’t think he has a foot speed at the NHL level. I really don’t. He does. And Steves does. I mean, Steve’s if you put Steve’s foot speed on Merculov, it’s a different story, but he just doesn’t doesn’t can’t keep up. Uh Marco Jack Adams Sturm says Jack uh could be I mean Christ if they make the playoffs he’s a he’s got to be a prime candidate because they were picked like bottom five by a lot of people. Yeah I think he’s got to be I mean it right now Quell has uh has the Ducks you know up towards the top of the league. So I feel like he’ll probably win it if they stay up there. Imagine that. Yeah. But um yeah, Sterm should be in the conversation though, for sure. Especially if the Bruins can find a way into the playoffs. D coaching matters, Dustin. It does. It matters 100%. It really does. And and right now, Sterm’s got them playing really hard every single night. I mean, can you think of a game, maybe one or two, where you really question the effort or they didn’t show up? Yeah, there’s been a few, but I I mean, I feel like Well, for the most part, they play hard. Yeah, they do. Uh I mean they’ve played what 30ish games 30 games tonight, right? So you know almost a halfway of the season and there’s been a handful which is you know that’s that’s expected I think over the course of 82 you’re going to have a handful of games where you’re not very good. You know whether it’s on the second night of a backto back or it’s travel or it’s coming home after a long road trip you know whatever the case may be there’s going to be certain nights where you just don’t have it. Um, and they haven’t been that many of those. They haven’t been. They haven’t been. They’ve been in most games and battling back in most games. So, I think you have to give some credit to Sterm and of course the players for, you know, playing hard, you know, most nights. Um, 25 days from now, they’re at the halfway point, New Year’s Eve, 40, game 41. Imagine that. Like, it’s already like halfway through the season. Like, that’s crazy. um at Edmonton and the game ends around midnight. That’s interesting. Get your sips for that night. Yeah. Uh Adrian Casey Middlestat has been looking better and better. He has. I mean, since that scratch, he hasn’t he hasn’t really gone backwards. Like he’s You thought maybe, okay, wakeup call, few games, he’ll be better, and then he’ll slide. But he hasn’t. I mean, he’s been pretty good. Yeah, I think. And it’s really his defensive play where he’s kind of made the Mhm. corrections. It’s effort. And I think part of it too is if you’re playing with a bunch of guys that work hard and battle their asses off all the time, if you’re the one guy that’s not doing it, it kind of stands out. Sure. You know, if you’re the one guy that’s not backing or the one guy that’s losing all the puck battles or won’t go into the wall and make a play, you know, won’t block a shot. Like that stuff stands out. And I think you might get called out by your teammates, something like that. So, you know, credit to him after this after the scratch. He’s been he’s been good for the most part. He has. He has been. Uh Andrew Pedro, do you think when someone shoots Wayman here, here it comes in his head? No, I do. I do. Freak. Jed Serat. Did you catch this? Judge Sherat gave some stat about Kiki and how quickly you score the goals and say that Cam Ney had 50 and 49 games and was like 50 and 44 what are you talking about? So then Jud says oh it might have been later in the year but he ended up with 49. Jud which is it 49 games or 49 goals? Like what are you talking about? Yeah. And uh and I was at that game when he scored 50 and 44 hat-tick goal against the Capitals 1994. Like yeah. So I’m I’m like, “What information are you getting, Jud?” Then he Do you notice that Jud every once in a while will start this story that really is completely not interesting? Yeah. At all. And just keep talking about it through the play. Like he did it in the third period tonight. He’s talking about some story. I don’t even know what the [ __ ] he’s talking about. And the play is going on. It’s a two to1 game in the third, Jud. Like save it for 8 to1 against the Jets. Yeah. Save it. We need more. Here it comes, John. And less [ __ ] You know, the the Jack Edwards soloquis are different. Like it was [ __ ] crazy and you didn’t know what he was going to say next. Like it was fairly entertaining. Like what’s Jack’s gonna say? Jud, it’s like what are you talking about, dude? Just [ __ ] stick to the game. Yeah. It’s just like between that and the miked up night. Jesus. Saturday sounds with Zaka, which was crickets. Like literally I heard crowd noise in the horn for you folks. I mean what are we doing? Like oh my god. Uh Steve’s on the third with Minty and Cassy though it will be Jano. It will be Jesus. That that line’s been good. You know you know seven hits and an assist tonight. Like we rail on him. We just don’t think it’s going to happen three years from now. Okay. It’s fine now. We like the player. Yeah. Uh, Victoria Jano getting assist number nine. If he keeps getting assists with, will his contract be worth it? No. Worth it. I know it’s not goals. Victoria, it’s it’s worth it. Well, I don’t know if it’s worth it now. What does he make? Three or something. Three something. It’s It’s a little high. Yeah. But it’s the term. Yes. That drives me out of my [ __ ] mind. Like seriously, five years. Um, I don’t love to invest in fourthline guys. He’s really a fourth liner, not a third liner. Yeah, you don’t need those guys up long term. You don’t not with him, not with Carali, not with your third pair D guys like Yoki Haru. You It’s just not necessary. You can find those guys whenever you want. And that’s where I that’s where I like to to turn the roster over. Sure. Is down there. like every year you kind of freshen up the roster going forward. So, Victoria, it’s not that I don’t like Jano. I like what he’s bringing to the table. He’s actually playing better than I thought, but I don’t love what’s going to happen three, four, five years from now. But, but the cap’s going up. So, you know, Connor gets a [ __ ] woodro of the cap going up every time I try to talk about this. Um, speaking of the Woodros, Minton and Middlestat, two of his lover boys had big nights tonight. They did. That was good. Good for him. Conor was pants off for that. Oh my god. He was He was Yeah. Oh, yeah. He loves it. Mick Rack, there was one play in the defensive zone where I said, “Too many Bruins, just like the good old days when five Bruins were all in one spot.” There were a couple of those. That two and a half minute shift was was something to behold. Yeah, I was waiting for the goal or the penalty. Usually one or two things happens, goal or a penalty and then they finally cleared the zone. Um and then the next line came out with their pants on fire because they’ve been waiting all night to play. Yeah. So, um but that was a that was a missed opportunity for New Jersey. Uh Sway is him. He he just has a poor riding every 10 games or so. Mr. Poe. Yeah, that’s about right. Three I think we said three games weren’t great and the rest have been really good. Yeah. Um and that’s what they need from him. Uh Swayman has a bottom five personality system. Yes, he does. Jack could also be true. Uh I hate when we win this year because I’m thinking long term, but this team is the little engine that could and I got to be happy, says Zach Case. Yeah, it’s I find myself being coming into the game being like, “Okay, they’re going to lose tonight and they’re going to they’re going to lose six in a row like starting tonight.” And then once the game gets going, I’m like, “Damn it, win the game.” Like, I get all [ __ ] going. And and then at the end of the game, I’m like, Jesus. It’s like when you’re, you know, you get that sort of you get that [ __ ] weird one night stand and you’re like, “All right, yeah, yeah, yeah, let’s do it.” And then after the end, you’re like, “Damn it, why did I do that? like, you know, it’s just one of those weird feelings I have with this team. I I mean, I always want the Bruins to win and I’m always going to root for them, but I I I agree with you with the long term thing. It’s just I don’t know. I just I don’t want this to work cuz I feel like next season they’ll be like, “This works if we just stay healthy and they’ll do this what you know, whatever the hell they’ll do.” And I don’t want that. But I want them to clear some space like they did in last trade deadline. I want them to get more assets. I want them to continue the process. Um I’m just waiting for them to lose another five or six in a row so they can be out of it and we can get there, you know. Uh Montana Grizzlies football FCS playoffs and the Bruins win. Two dubs for bearbased teams. Great day says Stixs and Plex. Good for Montana Grizzlies. Uh I saw that running back. Was that Montana the running back that got into it with his own coach like in the handshake line? Like he was trying to shake hands with his former teammate or something and the coach is like, “Let’s go back. Let’s get going. Let’s go.” And he like they argued for like five solid minutes on the on the field like oh my god it was I I’ve never seen anything like it. I think that was Montana. Um I think they played Yale. Uh, honest question is Lori on the spectrum says mini Reddit. Well, you know what they need to do? They need to call ABA. Yeah. Find out. Yeah. Give Mason the number to Shawn Daily. I think that’s squared away. Can we just skip to another really out of pocket comment while we’re here? I mean, you’re in charge of the [ __ ] comments. Throw it up there. Yeah. Yeah. Well, is that case? Yeah. Zack. Well, I mean, that’s what I was getting at. Uh, Maddie, what’s your meter at as far as us making the playoffs? Not making it through 1970. Not making it. They were 12th going in tonight. They were 12th in the Eastern Conference percent points percentage-wise. Um, they’re still not making it. That’s what I got. Okay. I don’t think they’re good enough. Holding out. He’s holding out. And I And they’re not making it. They aren’t. I’m still waiting for Florida. Florida gets a big overtime come be from behind win. I’m still waiting for them to get going. I’m still waiting for Toronto to get going. There’s too many teams. Do you see Marline from tonight? Yeah. What was it? Uh goal three assists, 10 shots, like 14 attempts or something like that. He basically said, “We’re not losing tonight.” He was on the ice for all all their goals scored. Like he he was like, “Hop on my back, boys. I got you.” He was. Yeah, he was. and has been sweens for GM GM of the year. Chris, I tell you, there’ll be nothing more insufferable than if he’s GM of the year. Oh my god. It’ll be Swamman and Swamon will win the Bezant. He’ll win the GM of the year and it’ll be it’ll be just insufferable. Yeah, it’ll be I’m talking to the third person. You’re talking to the third person. Nobody knows who’s talking about who is. It’s just going to be like if that happens, I’ll probably be on the spectrum after that. So, I’ll have to call Sean Dailyaly and book an appointment cuz I will lose my [ __ ] mind. There’s going to be some short circuiting going on. Um, where 30 days was that? I was just going to interrupt quick um cuz this doesn’t have anything to do with what you were going to talk about next, but I just thought I’d throw it out there because people like to know these things. So, uh, there should there should be I don’t know if it’s been officially agreed upon, but there is going to be another bet between Maddie and Connor about, uh, Frasier Mitten and his production. Um, the overunder, I believe, is 25 points. Connor has the over, Matty has the under. Matty says he is a third line center, and that is all. Conor, hard as a rock says that Frasier Mitten is going to move up to one of the top two lines uh eventually and and produce more. So, uh, just throwing that out there. If you want to get in the comments, are you over under 25 points on Frasier who has nine right now, nine in 30 games. Conor, do you want any uh do you want any defense of yourself here? You want to chime in at all? I’m just like on the biggest WWE heel turn in the show in the last week or so. It’s quite impressive. You are. You’re up there with Hulk Hogan’s heel turn in the Bash of the Beach. Yeah, you’re nWo. Uh, we’re 30 games into the season and they still can’t find a jersey that fits our must have a kid section at the pro shop. Jesus Christ. That did look like me. Either that or he’s wearing giant pads. Yeah, maybe that’s what it is. He has these giant like they’re out here. Oh my god. No, he looks like Does he look like Is it Hakan Lube? Somebody like that. Or was it um No, it was uh who was the other little guy? Theo Flurry. Theo big freaking shoulder pads. Look like a [ __ ] fire hydrant. I think he looks like an offensive lineman. Like that just like wedged into his jersey. It’s just like real tight on him. Yes. I don’t get it. But I don’t know. Uh Judge Jud used chiseled like 14 times tonight. Unreal this man’s vocabulary. Well, let’s be let’s be honest. Jack Edwards used Tumble and Muffin about 15 times a game. Yeah. So, it’s all who you use tennis ball when he was describing. Yeah, he fires a tennis ball. I’m like, what does that mean? Tennis ball bouncing like up high like small. Yeah. Uh, Mr. Po, thank you. Uh, Corp six goal game incoming. So, he gave us $4.99 for that. If you’re Yeah, if you’re going to do that, you should have given us 5.99. Yeah, right. Something. Why are they getting rid of pennies? You can’t do 5.99 anymore. Like they’re getting rid of pennies. What’s that going to do for the merchandising? I don’t know. Think of that. Like they get rid of pennies. You can’t do the 5.99 thing anymore. No, you’re going have to round everything up. Yeah. Round up. Yeah. You can’t do the psychological like, “Oh, this is five bucks.” No, it’s six, you [ __ ] It’s $5.99. Well, they do have a gas, too. The [ __ ] lying [ __ ] It’s like it’s, you know, 910, you know, $162 and 910. Mhm. No, they, you know, they don’t give you the full the full amount. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Victoria says, “Real question. Since Sturm pulled Sway the other night, if Corby starts having [ __ ] games like we all know he will, will Sturm pull him?” Yes. Yes. I think I Yes. I Corpy is important in all this because you know Sway is playing great but Corpy has to play sometimes. So if they keep losing his games or he doesn’t give him much of a chance then they can’t go on decent winning streaks and they can’t it’s can’t get into a good rhythm. So that could actually hurt them in the end where they lose especially on the road like team doesn’t play great on the road anyway. Um Adrian says I read digital pay will keep pennies. Okay. and Banks. All right. Uh Joe Bondo, you think this team will add at the trade deadline since we’re playing good hockey? I you know, Joe, I it’s not that I don’t want him to add. I want them to add a guy who can help in the future with term. Like I don’t want to just get a rental and give away assets for a rental that or like an Arbitson type or a guy with like maybe another year and that’s it. Like I don’t want to do that thing. I want a I want a guy who has like four years term. Connor Connor is going to tell us everything we need to know about the cap and that I’m a [ __ ] idiot. Go ahead. No, what it’s really going to happen is you’re going to go out and you’re going to trade for a guy like Henry Yoki Haru and extend him to a 3×3. Okay. Yes. Perfect. Yes. That’s what I don’t want. M O That’s what I don’t want. I mean Pete is gonna be gone, I would imagine, next year. I don’t think they’ll keep him. Um, and then you have Yoki Haru. You’re really bad on the right side. So, I I take a guy with Turm who’s pretty good on the right side. I would I think they’re looking I think they will be looking to upgrade the right side, you know. So, I think I think Pete will be gone, but right now, I mean, with their It’s weird. Their offense isn’t they they need some more offensive talent. It’s evident like people are saying offense isn’t the problem blah blah blah blah blah. They need more elite talent offensively. They need it. Whether it’s a young guy who becomes elite or an elite guy that falls in your lap, whatever it is, but they need more elite talent up there. They still aren’t great 515 and all those things. So, you know, it’s either a forward like that, which I don’t know if you can get. So the right shot D thing you might be able to repair that at the deadline maybe that I do that I do because then you don’t have to worry about it so much in the offseason you can get what you need. You know what I mean? So that might be a sneaky good move. Yeah. I mean if if they’re so good five on five why are they getting I mean so good you know offensively. Why are they getting caved in five on five? Yeah. I mean they had nine shots in the first two periods. Why are they getting vastly outshot five on five if they’re so good offensively? It’s cuz they don’t possess the puck enough. They don’t. They don’t. They don’t have the talent to be able to do that. And they don’t have right now. They don’t. Someone as big as Geeky, he doesn’t really possess the puck. He gets it and shoots it. Yeah. Like Arbertson gets it and shoots it. Mhm. Like there Middlestat does a little, you know, Zach is it’s really not his game. He’s a two-way kind of def, you know, center. Uh will possess it. Um, but there’s not a ton of guys who possess it like, you know, like Yaga with his ass out like or Charlie Coyle even. Yeah. Was possessed it all the time. Yeah, but that’s a bad example because he didn’t [ __ ] do anything with it. Well, he didn’t do it, but he still there’s still offensive zone time. Yeah. I mean, I guess I guess and uh the guys who do it now are like Castellic and Jano possess puck down low and then they get the puck to the front of the net, which is I was screaming for Charlie Coyle to do that for every single year that he was here. But he didn’t like to. He liked to hold it, hold it, hold it, and then he’d lose it. Well, these guys are possessing it and they’re at least getting it to the net. You know, bad angle shots or passes to the paint, whatever. Um, and I I think that’s why that line is successful. Honestly, I think so too. I think so too. Side Quest Life says, uh, I don’t want them to add really at all. I don’t see anything out there this season is found money, sell high on these assets, be a cup contender in three to five. Yeah. I want them to have another deadline like last year. Trade like five guys like you did last year. 100%. Get assets. And especially guys you’re not moving on with. Iverson Middlestat. Mhm. You know, Asamont, you know, guys like that. Get what you can even peak if someone want to peak for a depth defenseman. Like send them all out for for other assets. just keep the keep the ball m moving, you know, and and then maybe these younger guys come up like Hagens comes up next year and and you start to get some of these younger guys say is, you know, the only the only problem is I mean, are they going to continue this dumbass trying to make everybody a 200 foot player thing? Are they going to be able to let these kids play the way they play? And that’s what really scares me to death. It does. It does. It scares me, too, because I I could see uh and I hope it’s not true. I hope this doesn’t end up happening, but I could see Hagens having a similar career path to Trevor Ziggress. Yes. Where he’s really good early, they have it drilled into him. We want you to be defensive, defensive, defensive. And he has a couple of good early seasons and then they drill him and drill him and he struggles a bit. Maybe he gets hurt like Zagers did. Uh, and then they ship him out cuz he’s not doing what they want. He’s not as good defensively as they want him to be. And just like Zegris, he goes to a team like Philadelphia and he’s lighting it on fire now. And I think I could see the same thing happening with Higgins. I hope I’m wrong. I hope I’m wrong, but I could see the Bruins development really [ __ ] [ __ ] the kid up. No, I I could see that. And I see Alexis Friday doesn’t happen. I really just hope they let him come up and play his game, play to his strengths, do the things that made you draft the kid in the [ __ ] first place. Like, it’s the same with Fabian Lysel. Like, let him play to his strengths. Let him play. That’s why you drafted him. You drafted him for his offensive talent. So, let the kid play [ __ ] offense. And it’s the same with Hagens. And I hope, you know, I hope to God that they let him [ __ ] do that cuz if they don’t, it’s, you know, you’re going to be talking about him like you’re talking about Tyler Sean or something. And, you know, he had a great career, but it was with someone else. Yeah. I mean, you had you had Thornton, Kessle, Sean, Hamilton, right? All high picks, all gone. Now, Parson’s been a guy, but he wasn’t drafted by Sweeney, you know, but Parson’s been a guy who stayed and been an elite player, but those other high picks have all been gone within Jesus, five years, you know, some less. So yeah, hopefully hopefully Higgins is the guy and he’s here like Cr and Burgers were for a long time and produces a ton and you know Poshak and him have good chemistry and LNO can be a second line center with a you know beefy line with geeky and somebody and yeah I mean that to me that’s best case scenario. Sure. Um this is a great point. My greatest fear is they mess up his development. I’m convinced he’s a 1C on a cup contender level talent his side quest life. Hope so. I just worry about his size. Yeah. You know, uh over the course of 82 and then a postseason. Uh but he’s supremely talented. Um so and maybe if he’s playing with he’s, you know, how can you not get assists when you’re playing with? Yeah. Um it would be hilarious if we could trade for the lease first round pick next year and get back Carlo on the deal. Every year we should do a deal with Elise involved with Carlo says Sherry. Sure. I’ll take the first and Carlo back. Sure, whatever. Yeah. Um, that was Montana State Bobcats. Our our HAB style rivalry that right for those kitties. Okay. Yeah, it was it was a cluster [ __ ] on the It’s a real [ __ ] Montana nitty-gritty right here. Oh my god. It’s it’s it’s a real [ __ ] boner. Montana, Montana State, you know, those [ __ ] instate rivalries are big time. Those those those big ones. Yeah. Ohio State, Michigan, Montana, Montana State. Yeah. You know, Kennesaw, Kennaw State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, what is it? Auburn is Michigan State. Those things, they get after it. They do. They do. Um, all right. So, let’s get to uh three up and three down. Up for me. Jeremy Swayman number three. 29 saves tonight. made some big ones in the third. Uh held the Devils at bay in the second when the Bruins weren’t very good at all. Uh uh number two, second line. Second line I thought was pretty good tonight. Scored that tic-tac goal coming along. Arbertson and uh Middle have come back from injury and starting to settle in. And then the first line was the first was to I mean that first line is becoming pretty good. Yeah. And Steves has been a nice complimentary piece. He kind of goes around, does all the dirty work, and then Geeky shoots the puck in, and Lynholm with a great pass. I mean, that was a great pass. It was right on the table is what what you need um out of those guys. Uh all right, three down. Uh number three, Saturday Sounds with Pavo Zaka. It sounded like it was just like, you know, they somebody turned the computer on and then walked away. I thought Serat’s mic died. Like I’m like, “Is someone gonna talk?” And it was just no, it was just the noise, the horn, mitten scores. It was like I’m like, “Something’s going on. Something’s wrong.” And then all of a sudden you heard Zach say, “Come on, boys.” Or something. That was it. Like that was it. How to be boys. You know, that was it. Can we Can we get a Saturday Sounds with someone who’s not the quietest guy on the team for [ __ ] sake. Like, can we get it with a guy who actually talks a little bit? Can like can we get Zatty on that thing or you know give me somebody that [ __ ] chirps a little bit or something something out of it. Sad the other night at the Celtics Lakers game when he that beer the beer. Yeah. Perfect. He had that get up and he looked like the villain in the next Bad Boys movie. Like he looked like that type of guy. Like just he has this thing about him that’s just he just has this horal. He looks like Russian mob. like he should be like Russian or drug smuggler or something or like a Russian mob. Yeah. He’s the type of guy who’s like he he’s he’s nice to you but you’re always kind of on edge like he could [ __ ] cobra strike me at any time. He can snap and break me in half in in a mo at a moment’s notice, right? But he’s always kind of kind of nice like he’s, you know, but don’t want to cross them. No, don’t cross them. Don’t ever cross them. Number two, uh we’re going with Teemo Meer. Uh he always kills the Bruins. He was minus two. Um you know, obviously scored a goal, so we don’t like that very much. Uh and number one, uh Douggee Hamilton, also minus two. Uh decided he didn’t want to play for the Bruins years and years ago. Uh so [ __ ] that guy. Yeah, absolutely [ __ ] that guy. Uh Chris has four first round picks in the next two years. Going to be expensive down the road. good problem to have. That was always the thing I work I thought about when if they picked the right guys in 15. Yeah. Like that would have been interesting to see who they signed and how much money they like what that would have taken. So I guess one of the positives of that is that you didn’t have that problem going down the line. But now you could with higherend talent you could deep and who do you you know obviously the cap’s going up so that helps. But the other thing is the Bruins continue to spend to the camp. Like it’s been in their wheelhouse right now to be able to do that. Will they do that when it gets 110 120? Like it’s Is there a point where it gets to be h I think they’re making money hand over fist. Oh my god. What? Yeah. I mean if the team is good, they’re going to be getting the playoff dates. So they’re going to be making more money. The ticket prices will go up. 50 million from the Celtics release or something. Yeah, they do that plus the expansion fees. I’ve they’re talking crazy money now if when you know if and when the new teams come in. Um so I I don’t see the Bruins not spending to the cap, right? So, you know, when you do have a handful of offensive talents or talented guys, I feel like, you know, they’ll try to hopefully, you know, move some of these older guys out like your Zakas and your middle stats of the world if they’re not already gone. um and you know build around this kind of new nucleus hopefully. Vtor Victoria said, “Can Joker be the first one to go?” Sure. Uh if it was up to me, yes, it would have already happened. He’d be he’d be gone. He’d be forever wanted to take him. I don’t know who would, but um but yeah, I you know, I it’s going to be interesting to see what happens here. Um it, you know, they’re hanging in now. It’s getting closer to Christmas. are still kind of hanging in and I just don’t trust this management. They they really like the playoffs. Yeah. So, it’s going to be hard for them to be kind of there close to there and to sell off. It’s going to be really hard to sell that to ownership. Yeah. I I don’t see the selloff coming if they’re I don’t unless that that’s why you hate to root for him to lose, but just one little six another six or seven game losing streak. It’s really all it takes and then it’ll be Yeah, I mean it it will be that will be all it takes. All that will be all it takes. A bunch of teams are bunched up. So if they you know if they fall off like that that will be all it takes. Uh also um just a quick uh Frasier Mitten right now is projected for 23 points, eight goals, 14 assists. So it is right there on the borderline. So Maddie uh say is in the lead, but uh you know if if Connor gets his wish and Mitten plays with two guys who aren’t offensively challenged according to Connor, then uh you know maybe he hops above 25 points. So fresh and so clean. Something something to follow for the rest of the season. Right. Right there. Uh all right, looking ahead 129 Tuesday night. Tuesday. Tuesday S San Louie Blues rematch. What do you got there? Uh I’ve been picking the other teams in all the games. I don’t like the Blues at all. But usually when the home when I pick the home teams, the home teams usually lose. This is what they they played they played tonight. Yeah. They played last night. No, they played what? Thursday night. Tonight they played tomorrow against Montreal. So the game in between. Oh, they have a game. You’re gonna And then you’re going to play them Tuesday in St. Louis. Bruins aren’t great on the road. They’ll be looking for revenge. I’ll go 52 Blues just because. 52 Blues. Okay. I’m going to go Smitty special right there. I’m going to keep I’m going to keep doing this. I’m going to go a 3-2 shootout loss to the St. Louis Blues. They haven’t had an overtime loss. Who scores for the Blues? The blue score will be BH Navic. One of Jack Edwards’s favorites. How about Buchavic? Love to say Bhnavic. Loved it. Speaking of which, would you rather? Here’s the second group because I already played him. Okay. PH Navic. Shen Pareo and Hoer. Yeah. Against Middlestat, Zaka, Hampus, and Corp. Yeah, that’s blues. You like the blues there? Yeah. Navich Shen Paro. Yeah, I’m I’m I’m I like I like Pareco more than I like Campus. I do like Pareco. I I have always like I’ve always like push and get him a a while ago. And Shen’s pretty good. I would say that the forwards are close. I like Pareco more and you know Hoofer and Corp is a tossup to me. It’s close. I want to go by a nut here. St. Louis. Yeah. Yeah. I’m gonna go buy another uh St. Louis. All right. Merch. Merch. Get some merch for Christmas. Christmas time% off. Sorry, John. Code uh Bruins uh win tonight 4 to one over the New Jersey Devils. Go to 17 and 13 on the season. They will play again on Tuesday night at St. Louis. And Jimmy Montgomery uh looks like he saved his job for another night tonight. Maybe the Bruins can put the final dagger in. Yeah. Can the Bruins put the put the dagger in? That’d be nice. Maybe maybe they can do a little payback with Monty. Oh, says 10 nothing Boston if Sway is Boston if Sway is a net. Sway should be a net in my opinion. Two nights off. Two days off. Back to Sway. Yeah, I think so. Um, all right. So, thanks for the comments tonight again and we’ll see everybody again on Tuesday night after the Bruins and Blues. Until then, as always, go growing. Thanks a lot. Bye-bye. [Music]
