Now Timberwolves and Suns, as I said, nine and a half points for the Timberwolves. It’s a big number. The Suns come into this game on a little bit of a rest advantage as they played the fifth and the Timberwolves played the sixth. Phoenix is two- one when they have a rest advantage over their opponents. The Timberwolves, as I said, played the six. So, they’re at a rest disadvantage so far this year. Minnesota is just 2-6 against the spread when they play at a rest disadvantage. Timberwolves are just 8 and 15 against the spread overall on the season. Yes, they are four and five against the spread when they’re a home favorite. And they actually have an MOV of plus 12 when they’re at home and they’re a favorite. So, they do play good basketball. They do cover the line pretty well when they’re at home and they’re a favorite. However, this is an odd game. Both of these teams have a bit of time off. Phoenix actually plays the 10th. I believe the Timberwolves have some time off after this game about three days. So, it’s an odd game. So, you would think, yeah, Minnesota’s going to give everything they have in this game. They’re going to throw everything they can at Phoenix. But really, they know that they have time off. They have time off the rest. So, they just want to win. They don’t really care how many points they win by. Whereas the Suns are still, you know, trying to be competitive, trying to be in a flow, and then to stay within nine points. Yes, Phoenix is banged up a little bit, but as I said, Phoenix is 2-1 when they have a rest advantage. They are about a 500 team when they’re an away underdog and they have enough pieces even even with the injuries that they have. They have enough pieces to stay within this number. I don’t really like the total here. I probably would lean under if you’re the type of person that wants to parlay the side and the total. I wouldn’t I don’t really have a feel either way there, but I do have a feel on the side here. And my side free play is going to be on the Phoenix Suns plus 9 and a half. I feel like this line is just too high. I do not think that the Timberwolves are that much better than the Suns even with Minnesota being full health and Phoenix not be being full health. Again, that rest advantage is a big thing and Phoenix has had an extra day off to prepare for this matchup. So, I do not see the Timberwolves winning this game by double figures.
