Reed Shepard offensively he wasn’t bad but those three turnovers came in bad moments and his defense wasn’t no he’s being hunted they tried playing Jeff Green that didn’t work. Kevin Durant though was cooking 11 for 2027 and Jabari was really playing nice too. So Jabari and KD were bright spots. Aaron Holiday also had 19. But for the Dallas Mavericks man Anthony Davis 14 for 19 29 points uh eight rebounds two steals. But the steel numbers, look at PJ, he had five steals. Cooper flag 19 points. Nehard with 11 and seven. Brandon Williams a really good game. 20 points, five assists, two steals. That’s really what I want to look at is the steals numbers cuz 13 steals for Dallas. Look at Dallas’s points in the paint. 74. So without Steven Adams and Shangon, it’s food down there. Fast break points is the difference in my opinion. They were 11 for 12 on the fast break. 26 points. That’s the biggest difference. 34 points off turnovers. Houston’s transition defense and their careless opportunities on offense was the reason for the loss cuz Dallas only shot 19 threes and still won the game. So, I don’t think Reed Shepard had the best of games protecting the ball. And of course, Men Thompson had six turnovers himself and was two for 11 from the field. Give credit to the Dallas Mavericks defense. PJ Washington with five steals. Almost everybody else on the team had two each. And then Anthony Davis went to work. Man, Dallas Mavericks aren’t a bad team. Trying to tell people this, especially when they get Kyrie back. This team, if they could be healthy, which is a big if, can definitely be a threat in the West. You’re still watching at this point, you’re a real basketball fan.
