    What’s happening with the elephant in the room. Vientos? How do we navigate this? Keep or trade?

    I’d love to see him stay but I think we can get something of value for him. I’m not mad if he stays. He did turn up two years ago to get us into the playoffs. I will not let that time period go. Vientos really brought his thing. Fast-forward to the 2025 season? He barely showed up.

  23. Probably profiles better as a 2B because he has such a weak arm but Semien is there now so nowhere else to really put him other than DH

  29. I’m gonna go ballistic when he fully breaks out next year. I’m calling it now, he’ll blast 25+ Baty Bombs. He’s gonna rake for real and be a gold glove contender.

  30. Makes sense – I feel like he did enough to earn the spot last year, and the logjam needs to be broken. Time to fire Vientos and Mauricio into the sun.

  34. What are the odds he has a bad season and loses playing time to Ronny Mauricio who comes out of nowhere to suddenly look legit and we’re back to musical chairs between Vientos, Baty, and Mauricio? It’s a good problem to have I guess, but a funny/sad one too.
