If Steph Curry was drafted by the Knicks, Steph is out of New York in four years in ’09. If he’s drafted by the Knicks, then they have their centerpiece. They have their corner piece of the organization. But mind you, nobody knew Steph was going to be this Steph. Everybody was counting him out. Ankle, he was injuryprone. He couldn’t play. Everybody was counting them out those first couple years. And by 2013, he would have been off to by that time we here now. Stuff gets healthy. You signed to the Knicks. You come over a year later. Stat was here. Amari was here. Steph could conceivably still be on a rookie deal. He was. So Stat, you, you and Young Steph, y’all would have had a deep run or just took the whole chip. We missing something. Who’s running the show? Who’s upstairs? Wash. We winning the championship with Steph is getting a championship. His first what? two years in the league. Donnie probably won his stuff at 09.

    Where's the defense? People seem to forget how much of a defensive juggernaut Golden State was in their prime.

  16. Stephs situation only works the way it worked. Not many organizations were as fwd thinking as Golden State. Mark Jackson put the battery in Stephs back and Steave was new enough to grow with Curry. New York wld have turned him into a Kyle Corver.
