I feel like I should point out that 4 of the top 7 won at least one Cup (and each of them with Florida in the last couple years), making them higher profile due to their recent success while playing the type of game that makes them punchable. That really says something about JEE, Garland, and Hathaway, to get up that high with their extreme lack of playoff success.
