That’s an old school jacket from the late 90s early 2000s. I got one as a Christmas gift when I was young. Have it tucked away in storage.
Update* I think it might actually be custom. I haven’t gone into storage to get mine, but I found a picture of the exact one I have online and it’s a little different.
My son found one at a thrift shop last year that he gave to his sister for Christmas.
