won his last three in route to earning that honor. Your opening face off tonight sponsored by the Richard Harris Law Firm and we’re underway from UBS Arena. Mark Stone along with Brett Houdin and Mitch Marter started out. No Hannif, Zack Whitecloud on defense and the puck at center. Here’s Tony D’Angelo over the Islanders laying it up towards JG Pio. He returns tonight. Missile has eight games with an upper body situation. Hart makes his first save of the game and the wrist shot. Braden McNav lofting it down the ice and here is Matthew Schaer. Lead pass to Emil Hein. His shot and a save made by Hart. Rebound G to the end board by Max Shabov. And now Ben Huntton across. Ivan Barber feeds it in the middle. Eel cutting in. Eel put it on. Leads all defenseman and third among all rookies in scoring with 21 points. the 18-year-old first overall pick and an icing and a huge part of that Michael gamewinner is how clean out and won the face off from Savannah Jazz and the beautiful bank play from Theodore Wel. There’s a drive from Bardell. What a good save by Carter Hart at full speed just perfectly executed. Shane Theodore I don’t know if he’s any good at pool Billy the perfect bank drive from Pullock. Kicked out by Hart walks it to the blue line but it goes right to Mner. Barner walking in it. His shot blocker saved Sroken and the rebound foul by Howen. Now a chance for Marter. Save Sroen and stop on the rebound. Couple of great stops by Sroen. Oh blocker save on Theodore from Helmlock, New York tonight. Oh, some great work by Sroen and that save on Martner and across to Theodore. Now Michael again curling out high side step pajan rebound score. No ahead of that burries it on a four on four. The Golden Knights take the lead. Well four on four. You got to try and create the [Music] Jack Eel just so good at hanging on the puck. Uses his reach and then just a little shot off that far path. I don’t know if he’s looking for deflection for Stone on that play. It doesn’t happen, but there’s Hannipan placed right off the other side as Sroen makes the save and Hannipan able to put the rebound in straight back and they knew the play if he could win it clean. Jack off to the races and a great play by Theo. He wins this draw. Rrist score. Mitch Mner buries it and the Golden Knights grab a two nothing lead on the island. Very similar goals here for the Golden Knights. Pad and it starts again. You we just talked about how he wins the draw. It’s a little play over to the side to Corzac and then Mner. No mistake. It’s great play by Stone to find Cororac. Just get it to the net. rebound in front as Martner comes off that back side and he’s got half the net as he makes no mistake rips it past Sroken goals in two of his last three slams the brakes on and leaves it off for Schaer Pull Horvette across scores Horvat his team leading 18th and the Islanders on the board late in the period [Music] Matthew Schaer is something special. The plays he makes as he comes down and then he sends it back high to pull it and that gets everybody off. Hipan tries to front this shot but Horvack gets it away quickly able to be hard short side. Watch the play by Schaer as he comes down. It’s almost a no look pass back to the point and the passing happens. 26 seconds to go in the period and it will start four on four. Yeah, still some time left, but 50 seconds on penalties to McNab and Duplair. Gatole will lob it in. Good work by the Golden Knights on the penalty kill. Didn’t allow anything. Sikas works it down to Mlean. Back to Sikas on a given goal. Feeds it in front. Score. Mark Gatcom deflects it in. His first of the season. And the Islanders have pulled Davis. Pass in the first period from the wall from behind the net. This line, the fourth line of the Islanders. There’s a little spin play. Gakome all alone in front and he just has to chip this past the left pad of Carter Hart. And now early here on the second four, just about four minutes in, it is a tie game. So the second periods for Vegas. Yep. Still young kids. They don’t play like it. There’s Stone out top. Feeds it down to Howen and we didn’t get much on that. Sroen came across with a pad. Stone just patience with the puck. Just waits for everybody. Little backhand pass and Howen just kind of maybe caught that off the heel. Went off the outside of the net. But a good chance. Richie digging out behind the net. Kell Richie came over last year from Colorado that sent Brock Nelson the other way. Holster a wrist shot and he scores. Wide open. Simon Holston snapped it and he ends a 17 game drought to give the Islanders the lead. Well, the Golden Knights had in the offensive zone. Here’s the play as a great pass by Richie up and then the spin over to Holstrom who’s kind of got a lane. He’s able to get inside the dot as he comes down. A good shooting angle. Everybody’s drifted to that one side and puts it perfect past the glove on Carter Hart and the Islanders from down two have the onegoal lead up 32. I Samson off at the other end skate away with a win. Here’s Martin feing it down to Hen. Now Stone and that’s a good chance and a good save. Knights in the period. Pretty passing play. Martner to Hen to Stone and marked the fifth time this year the Golden Knights have come back to win when trailing in the third period. Tied for the most in the league with Montreal and Philadelphia. Al McNav with a drive. Ripped it wide to the right and it kicks out. Theodore chasing it down ahead of Heinman. He’ll shovel it to Eel. redirect to Barbashev with Bowman on the move. Bowman trying to cut to the inside and Barbashev scores on a onehanded backhand swipe. Ivan Barbashev has tied it. What a goal by Ivan Barbesev. And watch Eel gets body position. Little tap play and Barbashev into Bowman. Bowman chips it in. And how about this effort by Barbashev? A little diving, one hand slices at it and able to elevate it just over the left pad of Sroen and the Golden Knights almost a minute 30 into this third tie halfway through the third in the tie game. Barcel feeds it. Schaefer to Shabongh and handcuffed him a little bit. He’ll feed across to Barcel Stone now drive. Oh, it’s gone. It’s Horvat. Stones about to hand this tick off to Denor, but Horvat rips it home on the power play. His second of the night and the Islanders lead four to three. Oh, what a season. Horvat’s out find away and Islanders take advantage. They move it side to side through where Theodore. There’s where Stone trying to give it to him and Corvette just positions himself right in the middle of the ice and he rips this one low past Hart in front and the Islanders power play on a tough call on Dorip couldn’t clear. Good play by Doria to poke it away to Doria. What a save to Roken with a followup chance got blocked. And then here’s a look at the save first on Doraf as they go through the seam and then the rebound right to hurdle. So consecutive saves. Quick pass by Eel. Great stop by Sroa. Not once but twice. 12 seconds on the power play. Ekeel closing in. Feeds it to Stone in front to Hurdle. Save Sroen. Bull Knights get the looks they want this last one right out in front to Hurdle. And a huge stop as he hangs on to the rebound. Absolutely. [Applause] Herdle and Pacou on this draw. Pacou winning it towards the corner. Block up the boards. Martner with a good keep in Theodore to Michael. Power plays over. Six on five now. Stone out top to Martner. Martner holding feeds it down low. Deflected and Dora Field scores. Pav Dora Field. It’s a field clearing a little kick. That’s where that pregame soccer comes into play and then they just move it out and Martner is so good just getting it through. Shotless traffic. Hurdle so strong. He draws the coverage as this puck comes through. Everybody’s on Hurdle and there’s Dory of the puck laying there and he makes no mistake as he’s able to put this one past Sroen and that ends a 10game drought and a huge goal with had some great chances on their last one. [Music] Sroken came up big to keep it. Here’s Marta right off the draw. Gulped it on net. That’s going to do it. Pulling the play, possessing the pucks and being patient with it. We’ll see if they can make magic happen. Three times in a row. All right, Jamie. And they start this overtime with a fouron-ree power play for a minute 57. Hurdle has it out top. Off to Michael on the elbow. Walks it into the middle down low. Stone looking trying to feed in the front to Hurdle and Sro was there to hold the fork. Penalties up to Mlan to go and here’s the play in front. Stone and it’s a little deflection. Hurdle a couple of plays then gets a little jam play in tight. Just couldn’t elevate it. Hurdle so strong when he parks himself right on top of that creek. Pulls up. Leaves it for Theodore. Down low. Stone. Stone trying to center it just over the stick of Theodore. Corvette’s going to run out of time. Oh, that was close. Oh, good little for the Golden Knights. Here he comes. And back hands it over the net. Won the game for Vegas in overtime against the Rangers Sunday. And he’s stopped by Siroken tonight. Looking to go glove side. I don’t think he put this where he wanted as it’s right into the left pad. [Applause]

good effort by the boys to tie the game. so happy that dorofeyev got a goal after so long without one. sad to see our win streak end, but hopefully we can bring it back thursday against the flyers.
Hart not his best tonight. But it’s a point.
Down 2-0, they didn't show any quit and came back. Don't care about the SO as long as the Isles win. Vegas isn't a Metro team. I would rather have the regulation win, but Vegas is a good team.
