It was an accident, he apologized. I was impressed with his sportsmanship and as long as wedge is okay it didn’t even matter.

Seems though that there is or should be rule to prevent plowing the goaltender in a SO. You would think there would be some penalty.
I thought it was strange how the refs seemed to stall before each of the Avs shootout attempts.
If it were on purpose, what does a penalty look like?
It’s just time to get rid of the shootout. 10 minutes 3 on 3. If nothing happens, it ends in a tie, each team gets 1 point, and we go home. On a separate note, I think it’s clear that our goalies are better with a team in front of them than one-on-one. But that’s OK cause the playoffs don’t have these silly shootouts.

Avs play for 1 in OT, so far this strategy is working great
