Networks need to aim for diamond in the rough guys to interview after games like this. No one needs to hear “player speak” from a QB the whole public listens to every week.

The post game interviews are pointless but they come with the territory of being a QB who just won a PrimeTime game in overtime. Talk for 90 seconds, give the canned answers and move on. It’s part of the job.
