Me right now
Scoot for the new year is a good Christmas present. Hopefully he hits the ground running
But I want to watch Scoot now goddamnit.
It feels like we may not see Scoot until January unfortunately. Losing half a season sucks
Getting Tisse, Jrue, and Scoot all back by around New Years would be a major win at this point. Only 10 games between now and then.
Cool, said it in another thread but my assumption was Thybulle would come back and hopefully resume where he left off since his was just a thumb injury which shouldn’t have prevented him from staying conditioned or being able to run/sprint. Looking forward to the impact he’ll make on D, dude looked great to start the season.
Can the injury bug pls stop biting us every year
All I want for Christmas is a healthy scooter.
If we could get Jrue and Tisse back like… a week from now, which seems possible with this, I think we could come close to sweeping until OKC December 31, with Scoot then hopefully returning against the Pels January 2.
Obviously dependent on Clingan and Rob being back/on regular rotation as well in terms of being able to beat Pels and Warriors this week.
I don’t know why, but I thought that Scoot had been injured near the end of Training Camp, not before it. Interesting.
So Jan 5th at home vs the Jazz is a good guess for Scoot to return
At least CB is gone right?
Was Scoot’s injury really a Grade 3? Taking over 3 months to recover from a Grade 2 seems excessive.
The fucked up thing is Scoot will come back and be Scoot, a young guard who is still developing, and people will inevitably make a giant stink about his contributions to the team.
Expectations are going to be so off for his first several games.
