Dude is gonna hit free agency and become a star for another team isn’t he

  1. I’ve been saying for the past 2 years he’s gonna sign a one year with Kansas City and turn into what he was supposed to be.

  2. A good QB could really unleash him imo. Unfortunately, I can see him going elsewhere right now and thrive.

  3. He’s overly hated. He’s not elite, wasn’t worth the 4th overall pick, but he is much closer to an asset than most people care to admit

  4. Who cares if he’s better somewhere else. He sucked in Atlanta. Let him go. I swear some of y’all are acting like we should keep this bum because he has potential to be a good TE. Hell, some of y’all want to give Kirk a third year. Y’all are desperate. Just let these bums go.

  5. He’s about to get 800 plus yards with 2 statue QBs, now what yall think gone happen with a mobile qb 😂😂. If I was him only way I’m coming back is if they tag me, he would be close to stupid if he resigns with us

  6. This is where positional importance comes in. Pitts is having a very fine top 10-15 TE season. If he was a 2nd or 3rd round pick you’d be very happy. But for where he was drafted you’d expect top 2 at his position production.

  7. Absolutely.. Drafting him at 4 was the wrong move absolutely.. but if he was in the right system and actually FEATURED this guy would still be a pro bowler yearly

  8. First year he played with energy, don’t think he’ll keep that up on a second contract

  9. Drops half the passes you throw to him. Doesn’t block well. Gets lazy as fuck if he’s not routinely seeing the ball. Plays like he’s 5’7, 130 pounds. Never broken a tackle in his life.

He might put up slightly better numbers if he goes to a team with a top tier QB in a non-Mickey Mouse offense. He’s never going to be an elite game changer like prime Kelce, Gronk, Gonzalez, Gates, etc.

  10. He gonna give the chiefs 3 more super bowls and go down as one of the greatest tight ends of all time 🤮

  11. Probably gonna be a late bloomer. This has been the 1st yr he has looked like a real tight end. Before he was a receiver playing tight end. Now he is a tight end. Just gotta be more consistent catching the ball. Left spme meat on the bone. And penix missed him on some good routes too. Plus he is still pretty young. But he could be another Evan Ingram and go on to be more productive but never as good as advertised.

  12. I’m pretty confident he will continue to be mediocre. He may get some more volume, but dude isn’t a game breaker. It’s been 5 years.
