  5. I will never understand this defense narrative. This is a team with a defensive identity. Herro is not good at all defensively, but all the fanbases have a lead guard they complain about for their defense.

    Yet, for some Heat fans, they twist it where Herro is some rare, bottom 3 in the league guard at defense. It makes no sense.

    I live in NYC. They constantly talk about Brunson being a cone. They don’t go as far as saying he is worst in the league defensively.

    Perfect example is last night. Herro defended Bane for 3 of his **24 shots.** According to some when asked “who guarded Bane all night” – it was Herro.

    Top 5 for defending Bane by FGA last night

    – Davion 5/9 – 14 pts

    – Bam 3/5 – 7 pts

    – Dru 2/4 – 6 pts

    – Herro 2/3 – 4 pts

    – Wiggs 1/2 – 2 pts

    Defended him for under 15% of his shots and responsible for under 20% of his pts scored. This is the exaggeration.

  9. Well this was the best breakdown of our problems we’ll ever get, can someone please rush this to Spo? oh i know he won’t listen but in all seriousness,some things are pretty obvious but everyone gets mad as hell if its pointed out.

    For fucking once I would love to see this season Herro Norm Wiggs Bam Ware lineup and run it for a couple of games at least, even if Herro gets run up by bigger guards at least we’ll have a tougher presence near the basket, we let Ware develop with the up and downs and just still play some pick and rolls that Herro will benefit from.

    But whatever let’s see what keep happening, this breakdown was really good and good to see outside eyes seeing the same things us fans are seeing every game.

  11. If teams are picking on herro then herro has no use on this team. Cut loose the deadweight and stop falling in love with players. Are yall heat fans or herro fans?. Ware, Norman and jasquez are struggling since herro came back.  Let’s call it for what it is
