Bell, O’Hearn and Hoskins the 3 names mentioned
Imagine O’Hearn is too expensive. And is a leftie
I imagine the plan then is to wait until they can get the price down for Bell or Hoskins
Move Clemens to DH?
Great Value Thump is all we will get.
They should resign Arraez. He’d be a great asset to the younger players they want to bring up and especially for Lewis when he starts swinging out of his shoes again. I’d argue he’d help the offense more than any of those options listed.
ah yes, the smoke and mirrors so that when they do nothing or sign some has been nothing they can claim “we tried!”
Get Hoskins, see if he can return to form, if not we weren’t supposed to be good anyways so it’s zero risk
I wonder the cost on Mountcastle now that the Orioles have Alonso.
I predict a low cost, one-year deal for a veteran who doesn’t hit well anymore but wins a Gold Glove.
Unless they’re trying to prove themselves for a bigger future contract why would anyone want to come to the twins
Hoskins might be a good fit, and has a better upside.
