The Chiefs crossed a picket line while in Buffalo…

  1. I love our team but I wouldn’t be shocked hearing they did this either, getting hotel arrangements for the team last minute unexpectedly is a bitch. But I’m ok with pretending we’re mad

  2. I can’t even lie bro that Hyatt is lowkey goated im from Vermont but whenever I catch a bills game with my dad I always stay at the Hyatt and it’s goated. I love buffalo man yall are chill as fuck I’m drunk as hell rn but love from Vermont yall go bill!

  3. You are missing the point, people. Football players are also union members. It’s gross.

  4. In all honesty, what are they going to do? The arrangements aren’t made last minute but well well in advanced, and its not like the players themselves choose that hotel

When one union in the factory I Work at goes on strike the other unions all accept that, and wont touch their work, and will make it a little difficult on contractors, but our job and more importantly our union still expects us to come in. I feel like this is the same.

  5. What are the Chiefs gonna do? Sleep on their bus?

If you’re booking a single room, sure, cancel your room, eat the cost and go somewhere else. A football team needs 50+ rooms. Where are you going to find those last minute?

    Faux misdirected outrage.

  6. Maybe they didn’t even know about it until they got there. Not like they keep track of every strike going on in America

  7. They probably had no idea until they arrived and by then arraignments can’t just be changed at the snap of the fingers for accommodations for a whole team and staff. I hate the Chiefs but this is silly

  8. I think it’s dumb and weird for people to care/get involved in labor disputes that have nothing to do with them. “Oh, wow, someone is negotiating? Clearly, I must take a side!”

  9. I have no idea what any of this means.

Like, because they’re in the NFLPA, that means they have to support hotel workers in another union?

Explain this to me like I’m five because a hotel workers union and the NFLPA don’t really seem connected. It’s seems dumb that you would expect unconnected parties to take it upon themselves to make arrangements to find last minute accommodations.
