  1. Thought it was interesting how you guys don’t seem to be that high on Tre Johnson – I think he could really pop after all star break and ascend as a core guy, way more than those 27, 28 picks & swaps u guys talked about

  2. Good ep. Thanks for answering my question! I don’t think we’ll be anything until 2028. Just wanted to present the question as I’ve seen it posed by some fans who think we’ll be competing for a play-in next season. Glad to see both of you shoot that idea down.

  3. Thanks for taking my question Varun. I wanted to clarify that I was in no way advocating for an end to the tank, but I thought Ben hit on it when he said that it’s tough watching the leagues worst defense for three years straight, especially when we’ve had a bottom 5 offense as well. You may be right it’s just a result of the personnel, but at some point either the personnel or the coach has to change if this keeps happening, and that’s I guess what I was more focusing in on.

I thought you had some great insights, especially your point about the knicks with Jalen Brunson and the cavs with Donovan Mitchell coming through means outside the draft. Makes me feel a bit better if disaster strikes in the lottery. Anyways keep up the good work!

  4. Great ep Varun, thanks for asking my question – I really liked the back and forth on what the wiz might do next year barring a high draft pick. Keep up the great work!
