Please shut up. This wasnt based on this season alone. He was absolutely horrible last year and no better this year, no growth at all this year. Would you rather fire a coach early when he's young and not too deep into his career & system or first 3 or 4 years of his early career wasted with a crappy head coach? Its about showing signs of growth, even if its a losing team, which there were none. No good takeaways period.

Callahan was terrible. Passing sucked, running sucked, blocking sucked. No one open, bottom 2-3 in sacks/scoring both years, bad route concepts. Talking heads just say things, no one even looks. Talent was bad, but coaching was worse. Didn't know rules, no game flow, get aggressive/passive at the opposite times when you should.
