  1. Hey look a distraction from how fuckin dogshit this team is so that Chipper won’t ever have to answer a question about why Chevy is GM-for-Life despite having the fewest accomplishments for a GM of his tenure in any sport ever! Everyone make sure to talk about this a lot and not anything important!

  2. I was having a conversation with someone else about this and they said getting the records back doesn’t really matter since use them anyway when making comparisons and talking about current players record chasing.

But to me it’s more then just us using them, it’s how we can search them up, it’s about how the NHL puts an asterisk next to our players names because it’s ATL/WPG, it’s about how officially the records should be the same.

Records, jersey retirements and championships should never leave the city they were made in and I think this would go a long way to fixing that.

Jets 1.0 and 2.0 should really just be Winnipeg Jets history

  3. I’m curious other than Schiefs which Jets 2.0 players would lose their records to 1.0 players if this happened? And would they just scrap the Atlanta records? What about the guys that played for the thrashers and the Jets? Would their points just not count until they landed in Winnipeg? I do love the idea, and think it should’ve happened a long time ago, but I can see how it gets complicated.
