last week, stopping everything that came his way. He’s been playing great for Dallas. Terraeno out 
of the corner trying to center. Ricochets all the way across to Broaddin out to the point. Capri the 
long shot. Bounces free to Terasenko. Out to Hunt. A shot deflected and a save by Aer. He’s able to 
cover. in Dallas more so than it was in Colorado. Plays a strong game no doubt. Capri on a shot 
saved by that last chance for Minnesota. Again, it’s just kind of patience with the puck 
from Yurov. And you know, it’s a subtle play, but the look for support on the back side of the 
blue line. Just buys Capri off a little bit of time. Opens up the passing lane. Yurov finds him 
and quick shot and release short side. I think there’s similarities in that they both respect 
the defensive side of the puck greatly. I do think that right now I’d give you’re up maybe an 
upper hand offensively. Pitick got there in time to break it up for Minnesota. Jones like he may 
have caught a stick up high but no arms in the air so he plays on. Sturm good at the line. Sends 
it out front. Spurgeon a redirect that went just wide down the slot for Minnesota. chips it just 
wide. Brody leaves it for Terasenko to Capriov down the slot. Turns to the forehand fires and 
a glove save by Aer stops Capab. It’s 000 Z. That’s been the story of the season. On the other 
side, Dallas missing a couple of important pieces too with holds at the line, gets it to Buou, 
but it hops off of his stick. Buham circles off the wall still with it up high. B goes in 
a drive and a save by allow them to make plays, but he’s tweaked some things where he’s brought 
some intelligence to the group. They know how to manipulate the shape of the penalty kill and these 
guys are they’re running with it. He’s going to back to Robertson. a shot and they score. They 
can change directions on the way. And Robertson, who as we just mentioned has scored 16 in his last 
15 games. You play with fire, uh, you’re going to get hurt. Offensive zone penalty. And wild kill. 
Look at the box isn’t set. Now Dallas’s power play manipulates the kill in the shape of the 
penalty kill. They can attack you from all angles. Robertson, who’s got 19 goals on the year. This is 
going to be 20 now with a shot through a screen in front gets a piece of Baldi’s blade and no chance 
not to not switch what you’re doing to try to combat what the opposition is. Duchain to Bourke 
a backander right on Gustiffson makes the save out now torren lost it to Johnston. Johnston walks 
down the goal line. Gustoson hugging the post able to break it up. Steel over to pick it up. Harley 
for Petravic into the corner where it’s Duchain to Ranton it up high working against Hunt leaves 
it for Harley drives in centers and steals denied by Gustoson. doesn’t cross the goal line, but 
Dallas gets a cycle going up high and a couple wild skaters lose their skates. Boy, that that 
close bouncing around through the five hole. A little daylight there. I do think Gustin keeps 
this north of the goal line. Great job. And we resume. Robertson shot deflected. Ben battling 
with Spurgeon. Robertson trying to tuck it in from behind. Initially, I think the right matchup 
is Rantin against Eriken Ek because Ranton is such a big body. Ek might be one of the only guys that 
can combat that. Baldi in a shot. Ericson scores from Dzone coverage and just a battle from Eric X. 
dripping Robertson. Then Baldi jumps past his guy. They create a twoon-one at the net. Soft little 
play at the net creating a rebound for Ericson. And a muscles at net front and it’s put on a T 
for him. He’s Petra. Boom right there. Back of the net. Well tied at one. Johansson goes across. 
Baldi moving in. Baldi to the backand tried to tuck it in and Aer just did get the left skate 
out. Soft passes off that’ll throw Dallas off. But how about this fake shot from Baldi that 
totally freezes Auter puts him down to the ice and then Baldi trying to stop and bring it back 
from behind the goal line to the front right the last second on the power play. Begoian with it 
to Johansson back to Begoian. Wines fires save rebound loose. Bley had a whack at it and 
the Stars clear as the horn will sound to end the period. Time out. Caught their breath. 
They played well for a stretch of four or five minutes. Got the power play and the goal and 
then from that point on again it’s been the one now loose at the line and a shot goes off the 
post. They came back got their chance. Favor off the post. Rebound Teraso now Ericson and Outinger 
knocked it away. That trigger man Robertson he second in the NHL in shots. But on the power 
play, Faber picks his puck up, takes middle ice and again there’s a philosophy amongst power 
plays on a faceoff win. Get the puck to the net in the first three seconds. Faber does there and it 
almost pays for the Wild off the left post to the back hand of Terry. Harley got it out to Rantinan. 
Scooped up by Yurov. Loose puck. Terasenko in on the back hand and a save by Anger. It’s what you 
expect when you get two teams that have been on top of their game lately. Hastenan scores off the 
faceoff win. Hasten with a short-handed goal. The first short-handed goal allowed by the Wild this 
season. And Dallas thriving on the special teams tonight. A power play goal now. Well, these 
can be deflating and well have to find a way to not let it be. So faceoff win clean. Lindell a 
bump to hasten in and he unloads on this one. And Rodin races over for Minnesota. Appleenko down to 
Johnston. He scores. Gustoson got caught awkwardly out of position on this play and Johnson went 
back against the grain over the glove of Gustoson. Talked about it early. It’s the seams. Looks like 
the Wild might be challenging this for offside. It’ have to be on the entry challenging goal 
for offside. Here’s Robertson coming through the middle of the ice and the bump out 
goes lateral. Doesn’t go north and because of that he draws himself off sides. Oh, 
clearly offside. again clearly offside threw himself off with an error pass. 
After coach’s challenge video review, he was determined to play with offside. All 
right, no fall. Please reset the clock to 751. As a dude, it’s an acronym for dad of only 
daughters. I find that to be the cutest thing. Bosian scores right off a face off in the offensive zone. 
Bezian blast one byer and Minnesota has tied it on Mosian’s first of the year. Good 
second effort there from Eurovv to win this faceoff and it’s it’s support from 
Terasenko. Faceoff readiness gets his to Bouam and then he slides it over 
to Beosian who unleashes on it. Tied up by Duchain at center and Duchain emerges 
with the puck. Dropped it to Ranton and spins to the back end and a save by Gustoson by Bu 
was allowed. That stick was in the hands. But how about the move from Ratin? Speaking of 
hands, it’s kind of go outside in on Hartman. Boy, Gustin. Ransin, who was 
slow to his feet after the hit, is now back in the play. Robertson a shot 
and another shoulder stop by Gustoson. Here’s Baldi working down the wall against Ransom 
and centers and they score. Marcus Johansson with a goal for the second consecutive game and 
Minnesota has the lead for the first time tonight. The battle, he gets his one wing 
over the top, beats his guy down the wall, then sauces it through two people to 
Johansson who opens up on the back door. One-time back of the net. Wild have their 
first lead of the game and it’s attention to detail for the group. It’s goes down low. 
Ben Johnston Hast and a drive. It was blocked in front. Capri has with him and Bley in for 
the empty net goal. Minnesota leads by two. And then that’s the one-time from Hasten. Wild’s 
defensive zone coverage had collapsed. Room was there. He just ends up final minute here in 
St. Paul. Two goal lead for Minnesota. Duchain centers. It’s Kobian was denied at the side 
of the net. A backhander by Johansson. Scores. Everything goes in the net when you’ve 
got the confidence he has right now. Set up from Terraenko and then just 
a spin around backhand. That’s a her, but it goes post and in and back to back. Oh, but 
also doing something that hasn’t been done. beat Ager in regulation. Came into the game 80 and3.
