I know everyone was so excited for her at the start of last season and apparently how excited she was to work with the Kraken but I just didn’t think it worked out all too well.
I’d rather have more people interested in announcing with us than less. With Edzo gone for a while our personalities feel a little thin. Let’s not focus on whether one person makes or breaks the fun of it all, because maybe the issue is working with the leadership, who knows right now.
I thought the headline was *super harsh* but it turns out it’s just the name of the site
I didn’t love her stint at the desk, but I didn’t hate her like some did (my wife included). My main complaint was she was considerably more negative than the others…and like that’s my job as a fan lol
She was using vacation days to fly up to do the Kraken broadcasts. That’s a tough way to do a very part time gig.

Kate Shefte’s [original article](https://www.seattletimes.com/sports/kraken/why-linda-cohn-hasnt-been-part-of-kraken-broadcasts-mailbag/) in the Seattle Times is probably a better source for this, and has some other fun tidbits. This is the first site that Google sent me a notification for about this, focuses on just the one point, and probably avoids some paywall.

Good she was terrible
