Continue to be amazed by Brindley. I was sorta expecting him to go cold a bit after the injury but if anything according to these stats he had his best game in an Avs uniform. He also brings the energy the 3rd line needed
Colton 3C wasn’t very noticeable, not in a bad way his play just didn’t stick out to me but he had a good night based on the analytics shown here.
Will be interesting to see what Bednar does with the ever rotating 4th line if Kivi is out on Saturday.
One difference between I’d say the first 10ish games and the past 10ish games is, and this is backed up by the goals saved above expected, we’re winning and continuing the points streak with the goaltenders playing about average. That’s good, we’re not getting carried by goaltending. Currently Blackwood and Wedgewood are #16 and #19 in goals saved above expected per 60. We’re gonna need better in the playoffs but as of now we’re not following the model of one and done presidents trophy winners.

Necas has apparently been playing sick for a week
