Jeff Halfley is one of the top names on this list and we don’t exactly know what Jeff Halfley is thinking. I do wonder if there’s a chance with Halfley coaching this defense with the the way that they’re playing with Micah Parsons now on this roster. You do have to wonder if there’s maybe something in Jeff Hafley’s mind that would say maybe I should come back another year even if I have an opportunity.

He unfortunately will prob leave at end of year. Definitely sucks but he’s earned it.
It’s so frustrating to finally get a solid DC after 20 years only for him to potentially leave us after two. I really hope he stays because we could have had Robert Saleh if we wanted but we stood by Hafley. I just want him to give us a solid 4-5 years before he goes off to become a head coach. It would probably be better for him in the long run to learn under MLF for a little longer anyway.
