The Warriors Just Gained some SERIOUS Leverage…
The Golden State Warriors are taking back some serious leverage as multiple new reports have dropped regarding the landscape of the Warriors trade plans heading into this year’s trade season. As opposing teams are trying to diminish the value out there of Jonathan Kaminga, we have some new developments which take back some of the leverage for Golden State which is going to be oh so important in terms of getting the actual value they need from some of their top players on the trade market. So, we’ll discuss that, including a preview of tonight’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves because there are some very exciting developments heading into this game. So, lots of stuff to break down out here in this video. But before we do, folks, you guys know we are on that goal to 15,000 subscribers. So, if it’s you tuning in and joining the daily content, the daily Golden State Warriors news, and you haven’t hit that subscribe button just yet, click down below. It’s completely free. We’re at 14,312. It would be huge if we can hit that milestone by Christmas Day. But let’s dive into it because of course everyone’s aware. You know, we’ve heard the quotes. We broke it down in recent videos about the Jonathan Kaminga updates, the different players out here on this Warriors roster that are linked in trade scenarios. It’s not news to anyone that Mike Dunle is looking to improve this roster, more importantly, rebalance this roster heading into this year’s trade season. But there have been a lot of opposing teams really trying to diminish the value of Jonathan Kaminga in recent weeks. And it makes sense in terms of negotiations. And this is why you cover all this stuff, right? Because the Warriors have a legitimate asset here in Jonathan Kinga. Yes, his stats are down this season. His efficiency is definitely down big time this season, but given the circumstances, it all makes sense. But in terms of uh you know, what’s happening right now, he’s available to be traded uh on January 15th and a lot of teams are entering the sweep stakes and the more teams that are interested, the more leverage that the Golden State Warriors can get. So, what these other teams are doing, and this is why we cover all of these rumors, all these updates, because you can see these public negotiations happen in front of everyone’s eyes, and these other teams are trying to come up with reports. You know, we heard the one about the Sacramento Kings, we covered in a recent video, that they are no longer willing to add that first round pick, no longer willing to add, you know, Malik Monk to these trade packages. And now we also got the report the Suns trying to diminish his trade value from John John Gabadoro you know insider out there for the Suns basically saying that in a nutshell there’s a lot less interest now of course Jonathan Kaminga and the original interest was based on having Kaminga on a reasonable contract for four years now they signed with the Golden State Warriors after this season it’s basically a one-year deal and he can cash in for a much bigger payday in 2027. So I’m not not so sure the Suns would be go all in based on that. So interest is a lot less. So you have these reports coming from you know being fed to these reporters from other opposing teams front office in order to you know try to diminish the Golden State Warriors trade value. Well this is getting taken back here in recent reports. You know the you know we’re getting more updates which is swiging the favor back in Mike Dunley’s corner back in the Golden State Warriors corner. So let’s take a look at these reports. So, we do have a new suitor out here in the Jonathan Kaminga sweep stakes as Mark Stein has come out and said that Chicago’s not interested to show not expected to show interest in Anthony Davis, but they are a team to watch when it comes to Golden State’s Jonathan Kaminga. The Bulls, meanwhile, continue to field trade interest out there and guard Kobe White. Now, we’ll take a quick look at Kobe White because he’s an interesting player, but the fit is a big question with Golden State, but that’s not the main leverage factor because you want as many teams as possible out there interested in getting your guy if you are going to have that leverage out there on the trade market. And Jonathan Kaminga is of course a piece that you know should be able to feel that trade interest and now the bulls are getting involved. So on top of it, you know, we’ve heard the reports the Suns are still interested. The Kings are still interested despite them trying to, you know, publicly destroy his trade value. You have the Pelicans, who are team that, uh, you know, has been linked out there by Brett Seagull to the Golden State Warriors, of course, with Herb Jones and Trey Murphy out there on the roster. And you also have the Indiana Pacers, who have been linked to Jonathan Kaminga. You can pause the report. I’ve covered all these in previous videos, but you have five teams that are showing legitimate interest out here in JK right now. And as we inch closer and closer to trade season, it’s only going to get more fired up, you know, a bidding war can start happening because while everyone, you know, mid December’s trying to jockey and try to diminish the trade value, the thing that you want to see as a Golden State Warriors fan is how many teams are act, you know, throwing this stuff out there. How many teams are there? Because if the Bulls are willing to up their price a bit and the Kings really want them, they’re going to up their price a bit. the Pelicans are going to up their price a bit and then you’re going to see the Warriors be able to get some serious value out there for a guy that if they do end up trading they should get serious value back for. So that is a very very encouraging sign. And going back to the New Orleans Pelicans, there’s been a you know positive trade development out there on that front because uh as we covered in previous reports, you know, the Lakers and the Warriors are actively exploring ways to acquire Herb Jones. This has been known for about a week now. The Lakers and the Warriors are the two teams that are actively trying to get into the mix. But you want less competitors out there, you know, when you’re trying to get some assets back to your team. And the Warriors gained some trade value out here on uh this front now as well as basically from Dan Bulky, the Pelicans are not interested in trading Herb Jones to the Los Angeles Lakers per Dan Bulky Sports. So that is huge because, you know, the market for Herb Jones really was leaning into the direction of it being, hey, it’s gonna be a two team race there with the Los Angeles Lakers and the Golden State Warriors. And now, of course, with the Pelicans history with the Los Angeles Lakers and, you know, the assets that the Lakers actually have, apparently the Pelicans do not have interest in sending Herb Jones out there. So, the Warriors, according to those reports, are really the should be the front runners out there on that front, which makes sense. And for a guy in Herb Jones, who this season, you know, he just got thrown out of a game with the double tech, but that is what it is. Averaging 10 points per game, four rebounds, 2.3 assists. The efficiency hasn’t been that great this season. He’s regressed out there in previous performances, but it’s a time to buy low on this man because we’ve seen him be an elite 3 and D guy. Still, you know, one of the top upper echelon defenders out there in the NBA. Herb Jones being able to slide in out here on this team would be a huge huge addition, a huge huge plus out here for this group and would elevate the defensive end. Of course, you want to, you know, he can’t be your only acquisition, your only move to elevate the Warriors back into championship contention once Steph Curry comes back. But basically, this is, you know, a good front because again, it’s all about leverage for the Golden State Warriors. The less teams you have in the mix for the guys you want, that’s a positive. And the more teams uh that are interested, the guys you have, then that’s a huge positive there for your squad. Of course, there’s going to be lots of reports, positive and negative, out there for leverage on this team over the coming weeks. We’ll cover it all to see how uh you know things are going because that’s how things leak out from behind the scenes. But it’s very very interesting to see what’s going on. And one guy that I will bring up because the Bulls are trying to get off of this guy is Kobe White. Been putting up some phenomenal stats this year. 22 points per game, 5.4 assists. You know, the efficiency hasn’t been crazy. Only shooting 30% out there from the three-point line, 6’4 guard. And the Warriors are of course loaded at the guard position. I don’t think he should necessarily be the guy the Warriors get back out there in Jonathan Kaminga trade. However, the thing about Kobe White being on the trade block is that puts you in a position to get a lot of different three team scenarios out there in the mix. You know, Kobe White going to Dallas, Daniel Gaffer coming to the Golden State Warriors. That is a development that could be very interesting. You know, Kobe White going to the Bucks, and then Miles Turner coming back to the Warriors. That’s where things get very very encouraging about the Bulls getting added to the mix because they have a tradeable contract that fits you know the Jonathan Ka trade packages and you know it gives the Warriors more options to you know make some moves in order to get some valuable assets back. So lots of good developments there out there on the this front. The Warriors are getting some leverage back, but one of the biggest leverage at least in gameswise, you know, is for the Warriors to be healthy. And we have some updates in terms of who’s going to be available for tonight’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. As Draymond Green is out for personal reasons and one thing I’m going to say, people are saying, “Oh, Draymond Green’s personal because he knows he’s getting traded to the Bucks. That’s very, very, very unlikely. That trade’s not going to happen for like that. That’s not going going on. I’m sure wish you the best out there for Draymond Green, but he’s not playing tonight.” But uh Al Horford, he’s uh out tonight as well, but Steph Curry’s officially cleared for his return and not listed on the injury report. So Curry’s coming back, which is the big thing that you want to see. It’s going to be interesting to see how these lineups shake out. Of course, the the T- Wolves are a very good team. They’re uh you know, team right ahead of the Golden State Warriors out there on uh in the standings front, but uh they’re a good squad, right? Right now they’re seventh in points per game. you know, they’ve been uh struggling a little bit in the rebounds in the bottom third, but they’re a team that right now has been, you know, six and 10, six and four in their last 10 games. They’ve won their last few, but again, the schedule’s been lighter. Some good wins out there against the Spurs and the Celtics. But this should be a getable game, especially with Steph Curry back. If you want to make your mark, leave your mark out there in the Western Conference because again, things are getting fairly jam-packed in that area here right now. You want to come out and beat the Minnesota Timberwolves, right? They’re five and n uh five 15 and nine. You’re 13 to 12. You are uh how many games back? You a few games back. Two and a half games, three and a half games. But basically, if the Golden State Warriors can come back and get this win, it clears the gap in them getting out of the playing tournament and you know, gets you back in the mix for uh the middle of the conference. So, let me know what you guys think about all this in the comment section down below. How excited are you to see Steph Curry return? Let me know. Anyways, make sure you guys hit that subscribe button if you’re enjoying the daily Golden State Warriors content. Anyways, I’m signing out. Cheers.

Get giannis + Ryan he is willing to. Trade Jimmy and kuminga , podz + every single pick gsw have. Immediate champs
Why do we want herb jone ? Heβs limited offensively. We need more scoring punch.
I have no problems the Warriors sending Draymond Green packing…especially for a Giannis!!
I think Gafford from Dallas is out for the year
Zubac or Derrick Lively
Your coach is the one diminishing his trade value by not playing him! Those other teams have nothing to do with it!!!
At this point .. it's pick a random player on a daily basis to make a new vid
We need height!
Porter jr from nets
Miles Turner
Giannis
Zubac
Vucevic
NO on AD
Any of those would help.
Trade
PODz cuz we hv Spencer n melton,
Moody
Jk
Buddy can all be traded.
When he learns to value the ball and make good on ball and off ball decisions he may play more. He turns the ball over and beg for calls while his man is busy scoring on the other end. I wouldn't play him either until he fixes the aforementioned things, consistently.
Crash the glass . 1 1/2 second pass the ball . Cut to the basket . Defend . So simple . He did it the first 6 games of season . Easy peazy
Herb Jones is always hurt and it would cost the Warriors at least one frp. They should go after Coby White and Issac Okoro as well. Okoro is a top seven wing defender in the league.
where is the subscribe button, dude?
