It is time for Pegula to establish some standards for his team. Like the other winning owners do.
It means from the GM to coach to the trainers to the scouts, every part of the team needs to be part of a winning culture. He also needs to start to spend to the cap and sign decent free agents.
Everything else needs to go.
I am an Oilers fan first, but I am also a Sabres fan, so I cheer for this team and hope they can make the playoffs soon.
