Never a doubt.
Hardest part will be winning out

I don’t think it’s happening, but if it does I’ll come back and comment “never a doubt”.
I mean this is more realistic than i expected tbh.
I remember a year, I wanna say this was somewhere between ‘06-‘08 where the Chiefs were in a similar jackpot and needed several dominoes to fall just so for them to sneak in at the #6 seed. Ultimately they did, and pretty sure that was the eleventy billionth playoff dose of pain at the hands of those damn Colts.
If I’m reading this right we need the chargers to lose to Denver? So the Chiefs could do everything right (big ask) just to have the broncos potentially rest their starters the last game, that doesn’t bode well, my friends but what do I know, just a drunken bafoon, go chiefs!
Oh, it isn’t as out of our hands as I thought it was

The problem with that Chargers/Broncos game, is the Broncos could very well have the division wrapped up by then with nothing to play for and a very decent chance at seeing the Chargers again in a week with a loss and that’s if everything else falls our way.
I could see us winning out. I don’t think the Ravens or Dolphins will. The Colts losing twice is probable to me with Rivers at QB and the Chargers are banged up with tough games ahead. It’s not crazy to think they’ll drop some down the stretch, but that week 18 game between the Chargers and Broncos doesn’t look good for us.
lmao
When you lay it out it seems very possible. Cowboys, Texans and Broncos could easily beat the Chargers
Colts will probably go 0-4
Ravens and Dolphins will lose at least one game
I honestly believe that Denver would rather get the 2 seed than let us in the playoffs

It’ll all come down to if the Pats win out. Because if they win out and the Broncos lose to us, they won’t care about the 1 seed anymore. They will then rest their starters in their last game against the Chargers.
Instead of either the Chargers or Colts, the Bills could lose out or the Texans could lose 3 of 4. Both worth noting especially if the Texans somehow lose to Jacoby Brissett.
One of the biggest issues is obviously winning out. But another huge issue is the Broncos actually trying against the Chargers in the last game. They would have to still be fighting for the 1 seed and even if they are they might still lose to spite the Chiefs lol.
Ideally you’re not relying on the Denver v Chargers game, because depending on the Broncos situation they may not need to play their starters.
It’s not going to happen folks
A walk in the park.

Hell, I still can’t believe I’ve seen the chiefs win it all three times

So there’s a chance…
Chargers aren’t exactly healthy. A loss to the Chiefs then Denver and Houston isn’t impossible.
Colts losing Indiana Jones is a big blow. They are definitely reeling.
Dolphins (v Pats) and Ravens (games against the Pats and the Packers) aren’t good bets to win out.
The biggest question is actually if the Chiefs can beat Denver.
he forgot the moon orbiting around jupiter at exactly…..oh, forget it.

God that is a lot we need. Ugh
I mean – it could happen
So you’re saying there’s a chance?
Broncos might rest their starters the last week. Chargers need to drop 3 straight
If it was just a question of Chiefs winning out i think it would be possible. But the number of circumstances out of their control makes this seem all but certain KC are missing the playoffs
I remember what this was like. The dark times. For like 40 years…
The Ravens Dolphins part is incorrect
If we make it we make it
If we don’t then there’s the better first round pick
Point 2 I think will happen. Point 3 I guarantee will happen. Point 4 I think will happen. Point 1… Idk
Honestly that’s not even implausible
This scenario is absolutely possible. Not likely, but possible.

I could see the other teams losing in the way that needs to happen……BUT I CANT SEE THE CHIEFS WINNING OUT…..unfortunately, they seem broken.
