I’d take a DC again. Ryans has been good for the Texans, McDonald for the hawks, and of course Vrabel, but it really depends on the OC hire.
I’m kind of leaning towards wanting Minter. We need someone who can reflect a “well coached team”. Plus I’m sure coaching in Vandy he’s already got a house here. 🙄
If you look at the criteria of head coach experience that was put out about the Titans that leaves.
1. Vance Joseph
3. Jeff Hafley
4. Matt Nagy
6. Robert Saleh
9. Arthur Smith
Id be interested in any besides Art Smith. While I dont think he had a fair shake in Atlanta, I dont think he has developed any QBs well.
The last time we were in the cycle, I didn’t want Mike MacDonald because he was a DC, and I wanted an OC. We ended up with Cally.
I don’t care which side of the ball they coach as long as they’re a good coach.
Anyways, my top favorites are Saleh, Minter, Kubiak, and Shula. I’d much prefer a younger option as opposed to McCarthy.

I saw in a podcast yesterday Conner Orr mentioned we were looking at Davis Webb . Scuttlebutt is he could be the next McVay-esque wunderkind.
Bring Schwartz home.
Really want Shula, Saleh, or Mike McCarthy. Anyone other than that I’ll have my questions about but there are still some that I could come to like if we do end up hiring them, like Kubiak or Matt Nagy
