The Mets have signed right-hander Daniel Duarte to a minor league contract. The 29-year-old has a 3.99 ERA in 36 big league innings as a reliever. He has thrown 18 2/3 scoreless innings in Mexican Winter Ball coming off UCL revision surgery.
