NHL Highlights | Blackhawks vs. Blues – December 12, 2025

first, but only one and three when the other team scores first. Scoring first very important for them. Yeah, it seems to give them confidence. They play the way that Jeff Lashel wants them to play. I like to see the confidence from the coach for a goalender that didn’t have a good outing in his last meeting against this team. Mazar is going to go to the penalty box. The Blues going to go on a power play. MAR First of the year for Logan Mayu. The twisted wister for the 22year-old defenseman. Makes it one- nothing St. Louis. Read this play well. A delayed penalty. So immediately he joins the offense knowing that if it gets a turnover, it’s going to be blown dead. You see him just come off the bench. He comes right down the side. He finds that opening, attacks the dots. And that’s got to feel good for the St. Louis Blues. the young defenseman in that trade with Montreal. This is going to help his confidence in a big way. Holloway forward plays it himself off the wall. Will sprint to the puck. Big hit by Holloway. He does that very well. Neighbors fowler. Back to Jake Neighbors. He’s normally around the net. Walking in front. Hard move by Shen, but the pad save. Burkowski. Barrage to the net. There he goes off the skate of Bro. Boy, that’s that burst from Bard again that we’ve been seeing all year long. It’s really his skating from year two to year three. There’s significant difference. Matt Luff’s first of the year and the Blues lead two nothing. And then Matt Luff here tonight just allowed to walk right down the middle of the ice. You got three Hawks there, but no one closes on him. And just a free shot on Spencer Knight. Watch him just time and space. Just takes it. Doesn’t rush into the offensive zone. Reads the play as he crosses the blue line. And look how wide open the middle of the ice is here. No back pressure from the top two Hawks players. And that’s easy pickings for Matt Luck. Doesn’t get his name on the cup, but he reminds David Pon as many times as he can. Terrain in front. Oh, Teran tried to tuck it in awkwardly with his butt facing Teran. Over sometimes I think he pinned that against the side of the net. Davage will try to find neighbors. Couldn’t quite but Faulk is there. Here comes Faulk downhill to the net in front. Lost control. The puck is still loose. Oliver Moore. Nice little pass to Nazar. Nazar will dump it in. One more follow up on the Quinn Hughes trade. There’s no extension involved. We saw the big Mo ranted in trade. That was an immediate 8-year, you know, contract extension. Hughes hasn’t done that. There’s no real talks there. So, that’s the that part is that developing story will not be fully developed until he signs a contract in Minnesota. Yeah. One more year after this one for Quinn Hughes. Correct. Here’s Kaiser. Shot. Score. Wyatt Kaiser on the board. Just his second goal of the year. And with 4 minutes and 10 seconds to go in the opening period in St. Louis, it’s 2-1 Blues. Shorthanded, albeit and then this one here from Kaiser. Just a nice job. Little east to west pass, but look how close he’s able to come to that slot area. There’s no St. Louis Blues player out there to meet him. And this is the kind of defense that St. Louis has had in front of their goalenders. I mean, by the time they converge on him, they’ve now become a screen. He lets that shot go and Hoffer can’t even see it. Deflects wide. Barakovski reverses love protects shot and shoulder save. That was a blistering snapshot from Mayu Bard and Burkovski the assist. So another point for Connor Baddard. Oh, here we go. Fight and Mayu center ice on the blue note. Do with some rights. Mayu responds with a big hook. Pretty good tilt here. Mayu trying to get the bucket off. Now they both are grabbing that down and careful driving Mayu’s head on the ice here. Think it didn’t quite snap back. And so boy, young Logan Mayu having a game. A goal and a fight so far. Yeah, this happened in the neutral zone away from the play. A little hit there dock on Mayu and Mayu says, “Let’s go here.” And that was a good one. Nothing much. St. Louis up here 2-1. side tap their first as a blue as well. So third career goal, 15th career goal, and just a fifth career goal for Wyatt Kaiser. So unlikely scoring in the opening frames and coming to check now. Quick shot by Dickinson off the wall as the puck scored to him and Hoper is there again. Four, five game winning streak and bam, you’re right back in the playoff position. Well, you think of last year they came out of nowhere to find a way into the playoffs. Big kick. Meanwhile, the Blues Fabry shot saved by Knight. Tabo Terabino went over the boards horizontal on the laps. You know, get into this research, cancer research, and I’ve got a clinical trial drug that seems to be working. Second cancer um has been fantastic. We need to do some get one. Oh, a couple good saves there by night. And Gar has been here. Gar Brooks has both years. Um Shawn Payeyton from the Broncos showing up. Um I’ve been really lucky. I you know Cash just touched on the chaser in the booth. Justin Faulk along the ice. Faulk with his seventh goal of the year. Faulk. and he just comes right in short side and says, “Look, I got some room up there.” Yeah, he does. Drags it, pulls it up. You can see him waiting. He’s just waiting for that small little space between the elbow and the pad of Spencer Knight. He’s been active all game as well. And he just finds this little small hole between the arm above the pad of Spencer Knight. I came back and said, “Boy, the things that you have and the and the alumni just make it easy. Everybody’s got a guy here.” Yeah. You need a plumber, I got a guy. You need a car guy, I got a guy. Everyone’s got a guy here. All the way and Murphy pushing and shoving. They might go. They’re going all the way and Murphy are fighting in the Chicago. Neither of them really seasoned fighters out of a wrestling match. They will go to the box. Five minutes each. Zone away from the play. And Murphy just shoots that puck in and gets up. Doesn’t like this hit that Holloway gives. And he’s also thinking, “Hey, I want to get my team back in this game. Why not? Let’s go.” Yeah, it’s kind of a passive aggressive confrontation at first. Wasn’t really eye contact, but all right, we’ll go. And then it’s kind of like an unconventional I don’t do this a lot. Just awkwardness a little bit to start a new Kelly Chase. I’m not sure he would have approved, but nonetheless, I think Conor Murphy wasn’t much of that hit, but he’s You know what? I I want to try to get my team get some energy. They had a pretty high tempo practice. Quick shot almost scored through him and behind him is Oliver Moore put the puck on the net but two for seven in the faceoff dot but a big third period and some potential for Conor Bard and the Blackhawks here tonight that 2011 team that won the national championship and began to they were the team of the decade last year with their three natties in front Oliver Moore just wide when you don’t have it it’s the first thing to Oh, here comes Doc. Hard to the net. Almost beat Hoer. Short side. Chops near Hoer trying to create the turnover and the Hawks have it. Green across. Here’s Krebier. Shot off the post. The Hawks hit the post. Goes down to the right side where all the defense are just reminding him of, hey, this is what we’ve been doing. Good. Let’s keep at it. Score. Burovski. Connor Baddard forced the turnover with his aggressive forch check. It’s squirted over to Burikovski who gets his eighth of the year and it’s the Blackhawks who respond off the TV timeout and make it a onegoal game. Some dead. I mean Dzone coverage. He was just talking about it just reminding the guys that they get lost. And it’s Caro who gets caught chasing around the net and Elise Barakovski wide open as that’s Broberg’s side. He’s there and Veracroski is not going to miss a wide open net but that a tough bounce off the back boards as well for Pareco as he for Shen with the physical play on Bard who appears to injured his right shoulder.

Logan Mailloux scored his first goal since being traded to the St. Louis Blues while Robert Thomas had two assists to help the Blues beat the Chicago Blackhawks 3-2.

  1. Can we give you Bolduc back?
Frenchies dont bode well when they come home. Maybe to much poutine
    Lost that trade
Oh and Dach? For Romanov, lost that trade too
    Heineman for Dobson another loss

  2. .8 seconds left and thug of the year decides he is going cross check the hell out of Bedard's unprotected bicep. Now for the bad news. That looks like a tendon tear, and if it is the outer tendon, probably a slap tear of the labrum. Connor is going to miss months with that.

  3. No penalty or misconduct for Schenn for a clear cross check on Bedard up high off a face off is unacceptable. Where was the fight there from his teammates? Someone should have taken Schenn’s head off for that bullshit. I heard Bedard has a broken collar bone. so Schenn has basically just ruined Bedard’s season and Olympics. Schenn needs to be laid out flat next game. 2:19 some of the ref calls in this game were very questionable…

  4. Дайте номер тренера индейцев 😮😮предложить им потренировать вратарей 😮это ужасно как они работают
