You can say whatever you want about the Mets and how bad they’ve played down the stretch, but the Reds have won nine out of their last 12 games. Even if they they back their way in tomorrow, they they played pretty incredible baseball, especially after getting swept by the A’s, they responded. They’re still alive. Final game of the season. They control their own destiny. And not only do they control their own destiny, but they also have just put enormous pressure on the Mets tomorrow.
