Minnesota Twins miss out on ANOTHER closer in free agency

Oh, hey. What’s going on? Sorry, I gotta be a little quiet. Got a little snoozing baby right there. Uh, I have no idea who’s gonna save games for the Twins. Kenley Jensen just uh signed with the Detroit Tigers. It’s actually the second waiver the Tigers have grabbed. They grabbed Finnegan uh earlier this week, too. I might be pitching the seventh. My My son Sunny might be pitching the eighth. I guess Cole Sans uh will pitch the ninth. Not to say that there aren’t guys out there still to go sign because there’s always relievers, but the closing options, the top options are pretty much going away here. So, if you trust the Twins to develop other relievers, which by the way, they do have success doing. Louis Varon, great reliever that they converted from a starter. Griffin Jax, too. Of course, they traded both those guys. Duron was a starter in the minors, then became a reliever. Okay. So, like maybe David Fesa or even a Marco Raya transition to the bullpen and successful. But in terms of the free agent editions, oh, between me, him, and him, we all might have a bullpen spot with the twins.

  1. Taylor Rogers has really been the only option since the start of the off season, is "the fail-vey" going to wait till February to dumpster dive like usual?

  2. We all know the Twins are gonna wait till before Spring Training starts before signing a bunch of bargain bin discount players and hope they work out.

The $20 mil they say they are willing to spend is just for show.
