Wild theory but maybe Krebs is getting higher line nods because he leaves it out on the ice every time. Maybe Lindy is trying to light a fire, like to the guys who have kind of coasted on and off, if you bust your ass, you’re up top.
I love krebsy’s hustle but doesn’t mean he’s good. He hits the glass a lot, loses pucks. Like he’s not good. But man he busts his ass.

Krebs does not play hard. Sabres fans are delusional because your frame of reference are other Sabres players. Krebs is a soft player compared to true effort and grit players AND they also don’t suck ass. Krebs should have been off the team years ago and somehow he’s on the #1 line. I think that might be the most damning thing I could possibly see to convince me this franchise is cursed and has no fucking clue what to do
