The Pelicans Are COOKED
There is 30 more days until your favorite NBA team makes you miserable and depressed. Well, that’s if you’re a fan of the team I’m talking about today, the New Orleans Pelicans. I’m going to be honest with y’all. I don’t think a single person, not even the Pelicans front office knows what the hell is going on in New Orleans. I mean, hey, they got Jordan Pool, Jeremiah Fears, and Cavon Looney, which is good, I guess. But they also gave Indiana their 2026 first round pick back right before Tyrese Hallebertton got injured and then proceeded to give Atlanta their own unprotected 2026 pick just so they could draft Derry Queen. No, Dere Derek Derek Queen. And of course, it doesn’t end there. In classic New Orleans fashion, it continues to get worse because Dererick Queen suffered a torn ligament in his left hand, forcing him to sit out for 12 to 16 weeks. Now, I will say it’s not all bad for the Pelicans because if Zion gets injured and they decide to finally just blow it up, they still have some valuable trade pieces like Trey Murphy or Herb Jones. So, yes, I’m predicting the Pelicans will be the worst team in the Western Conference. and come back tomorrow to find out what team I talk about
