I still see people trying to make excuses for Binnington. Yes, the defense in front of the goalies has been shit. Too many high danger opportunities allowed. Binner has been terrible. Hofer has not been great by any means, but he has at least shown some steady improvement after a horrendous start to the year. I think Hofer gives you the best shot and should be the number 1 with a heavy workload until proven otherwise. If there is still someone willing to give some assets up to take a chance on Binner the Blues should take it and run
So we are basically TWO TIMES worse than the second to last team in the net…. God what a fall within a matter of months after the run ending last year.
