How did he extend to keep that one out? Well, I’ll tell you how he extended. He used every bit of his 6’5 frame on De’moric. He’s committed, but in desperation, even with all that size, he goes right to the post with both legs and makes the save with his right toe. Put that on the highlight reel for the year. A chance to win it again for Jackson Blake. Blake coming in on Vardar. Waits for a backhand and then he runs into Var who poked it away. And Var, he’ll be okay. He got knocked in the head. If this shootout continues, this is an interesting one. No fault to to Jackson Blake, but if it continues, which we hope it doesn’t, I wonder if there’ll be anything that’ll happen with the spotters, but hopefully that’s a moot point. Let’s see if Busy can put this thing to bed and add to the script for Philadelphia. It will be Matt Vechoff. Mechoff will pick it up with speed on Busy. He’ll come wide down on the right wing boards coming in. Cutting in front and Busy denies it and another win for Brandon Busy. His ninth in a row. He goes to 11 and0. He’s been perfect in the shootouts and the Canes are perfect against the Metro. Four games in four tries and four wins. This guy that is going to have his name chanted in a very animated way in a minute. He’s an understated guy. But after he goes six for six Washington tonight in six shootout attempts face, this is a big reaction. And then you see the guys quality stop. Mechov trying to get him moving. And do the do his teammates ever love this guy in this celebration? You were talking about the celebration of Alexander Nikation. How about the understated Brandon Busy without emotion and a huge win. And for the 11th time this season, the fans at Lenovo Center are treated to the storm surge. They’re going after the guy, the kingpin, the generational hurricane.
