I feel like some of the wrong guys get the brunt of the blame. Our starters are keeping games winnable but some of our bench players need to get less minutes or step up asap.
Happy to see we’re close to getting Moe back, those bench point will be a huge spark. This team will put it all together. I hope to see some more Jett and Jase minutes.

  1. Jett has earned a start while Suggs is injured.  Let TDS play against the bench rotations which should help with his slump.

  2. AB is 2nd favorite for 6th man of the year and we missing Moe still. Not to mention 1/2 our 2nd unit is about to be our first unit and has been like that with P5 injury and Suggs min restriction plus sitting B2B games. I agree our bench is not been great but I also think fully healthy we are not running JI for 10+ mins a game

  3. We miss Mo and his bench scoring deeply. Hope he’s back soon.

The current rotation of guys hasn’t given Mose a reason to not test out the younger guys, just not sure I expect Mose to change anything. Jett, Jase, etc. should be getting some more run. Tyus has played every single game and barely averages a basket a game. Goga’s good for a lob and easy bucket around the rim once per game but that’s about it. JI has been abysmal offensively most games, not even just poor. Tristan started the year looking like a major player off the bench and now he gives us one good game every 3 or so.

Run AB-Bane-Jett/Tristan-Paolo-Dell and then run with Jase, Jett/Tristan, Penda, and Goga for now. Sprinkle in a little JI minutes when we need a defensive shakeup but otherwise at least give our bench a chance to score some baskets. Running Tyus, JI, and Goga right now means we get very little offensive output off the bench.

  4. Our bench scoring is buns. Go get one of those cheaper old balls vets from the Kings or Clippers when they tear it all down. At least they can go get us some buckets while the starters rest.
