  1. If they actually posted that, that is epic. Wish out front office would spend money. I think Roger’s was worth every penny

  2. I remember back in 2021 defending Ty when talking to a freind, after he had a bad game. Since then (and including ’21 where he threw the most innings of any bullpen arm in the NL) he’s been one of the most consistent, reliable arms you could ask for.

    Who knows how he’ll do over this contract, and maybe you can scrape together some new young arms, but there’s something to be said about being a franchise that can pay to keep your own players.
