  1. Adams traded away Jack Eichel and Sam Reinhart. Those two trades alone were reasons enough to fire him. Vegas won 1 Cup, Florida won 2 Cups, Adams’ Sabres just continued missing the playoffs despite gaining the players & draft picks from those two trades.

  2. Guy was an idiot. It took losing 12 straight games for him to replace Ralph Krueger. Last year he had another double digit loss streak and did nothing. He had no business being an NHL GM.

  3. Yes, it’s too early to tell what is going to happen from this, but we all knew where it was going if it hadn’t happened.

So solely based on that, it’s basically Addition by Subtraction.

  4. “I have named Jarmo Kekäläinen as general manager of the Buffalo Sabres and he will be overseeing hockey operations, effective immediately,” said Pegula. “The hiring of Jarmo was the result of an extensive search process in which Jarmo stood out as our top choice for the senior advisor position. Jarmo has distinguished himself over the last eight months, and his experience, professionalism, and drive speaks for itself. I am looking forward to him leading our organization to the next level.” WHAT HAS THE GUY DID THE LAST 8 MONTHS? AND WHAT BULLSHIT THAT THEY DID AN EXTENSIVE SEARCH, WHO DID THE EXTENSIVE SEARCH TERRY PEGULA BS

  5. Hopefully, Pegula can keep the cuts coming if the team underperforms. The fans shouldn't have to wait for an entire new season before anything happens. Recruit competent people and stay out of their business and yes, Pegula you will get back to the playoffs.
