[Hall] Ty Murchison is no longer listed on Flyers’ roster via NHL media website, so looks like he has been sent down to clear spot for Rasmus Ristolainen.
Fuck that. I know the Phantoms will give him more minutes but he should be the 7th.
Yeah that was to be expected. But he showed a lot more than people thought he would. He’ll be back when there’s an injury or trade
Risto gets activated. We have 9 D. So Murchison gets sent down cause waiver exemption. Now 8 D. Zamula keeps his spot still.
He didn’t look out of place in his call-up, but he’s got a ways to go before he’s anywhere close to being a full-time NHLer. Great for him to get a taste for the big leagues and use that as motivation to keep getting better in Allentown.
There’s a couple roster spots being wasted, Dlo, Hathaway, Zamula, and Juulsen.
But they kept the trash bag known as Zamula.
I sat in the section above his family at his debut game and there was like 20 people down there near the glass standing up and cheering every time he took the ice lol
Hope he can make it back. He made some good plays that night and closed out pretty fast on defense.
I like the kid a lot. He made a lot of mistakes in this last game. But he proved he can play at this level. I’m excited to see if this kid can earn a regular spot either with us or another NHL team sometime in the not so distant future.
Unless I’m blind ( he made one bad pass) other than that he looked like he no worse than our current roster
Sending him down over Zam or Hath is fucking infuriating…
