The fact that no one is reacting or even looking at him while he yells really makes it seem like the players have tuned him out. Idk if he can bring them back in or not, but if he can’t then its time to go.

Pretty obvious that this bench has tuned the coach out.
The Coach cares more than the players do. That tells you all you need to know about the Players on this team.
They aren’t listening, Berube is done. Not sure that’s what he deserves, but he isn’t a tactician, if he can’t motivate them, then he’s not a good coach, and this isn’t working.
I feel sorry for the guy. Looks like he is about to explode. When you look at what the Jays did this year you see that it is not all about skill and talent, heart and character are huge factors that go a long way. This team has zero heart or character. Berube would probably love to grab one of the over-paid posers by the jersey and start throwing em. That would at least be worth watching which is more then I can say for the games.

We’ve seen over 100 games with this idiot and his style does not translate to getting shots on net. Maybe he needs to switch it up

Part of thinks Berube SHOULD go because good coaches are excellent motivators.
The other part says the GM SHOULD apply pressure to have Mathews moved. Not sure who would take him though.
