Swap goalie masks

  1. The NHL has to approve any custom goalie equipment prior to it being used on ice. While sticks can be generic and used provided a company has paid for the use of its’ logo in NHL games, masks take longer as an artist creates the artwork on the mask & the league has to approve of the art. Some goalies will wear old masks for comfort after a trade, while others will opt for a blank mask while waiting for their custom mask to be made.

  2. So Stu will play with a mask that says Jarry and jJarry will play with a mask with a giant moustache? 🤣

  3. Sometimes when I play pick up we switch teams after so many goals. Kinda feels like that.
