Rebuilding the Rockies Front Office Before the Team: What’s Behind the Strategy

The strategy is that we’re experimenting with a bold concept practiced by every other professional sports team by actually hiring a front office
Building the Rockies into a decent organization will take some time. I don’t think there was much to build on, and even the immediate future had been squandered through trades that didn’t work out for the Rockies.
This will take some patience, and looking just for consistent improvement that might not appear early on impressive or quick.
But damn for the first time in a long time, I have some optimism that things are heading in a better direction.
Will Dick stay hands-off for long? How long before he starts fucking shit up?
