Larkin has been really bad lately. That play where we had sustained pressure and he just heads for a change in the offensive zone as the puck went to him was the worst thing ive seen from him ever.

Leonard didn’t look out of place at all and I wanted him to bury that breakaway so badly. ADB doing ADB things. Razor with 3P. Gibby 6 consecutive wins. Lots of positive things here. Great game, hard fought, hanging around until the end, keeping it close, and finishing. Nice retribution game against a good team. Being consistent this season will go a long way with the standings so tight. This team should know more than most about how much the points add up and how detrimental lapses can be when the end of the season comes around. Let the kids keep developing and getting games under their belt, and hopefully they get rewarded with some goals after locking down on D.
If there was a team to beat in the East for the Wings, the Islanders were it.
How much this team has grown under Todd is Amazing. The boys are producing. Raymond seems a little snake bitten, on the Scoring, I really want to see him go on a spree. But everyone is producing this year, which is so much different from last year, where it was just Razor, Cat and Larkin. Except for that period of like 20 games that Larkin didn’t get a point until Raymond pulled him out of it.
This team can win the East. Get Kane back healthy. All the big guns + Copp, Mo, Ed need to stay healthy. Get Finnie off top line for someone competent who turns it into a proper scoring line. Have Gibson maintain at least an ok level of play. Never play Hamonic again – in fact, waive him. And this team can win the East. And that's even wo any other upgrades. Get some of THOSE – perhaps to fill the 1LW spot – and who knows? Why stop at the East?

We gota call up cossa or gylander. We need a reliable. Backup goalie. Talbot has a .880. Cossa and gylander are flat out way better then talbot. Cossa has been in the minors for 3 plus years. Its way past time to play him.
When the goalie makes the saves he should the team plays better knowing he has their back ,it’s all good ! Gibsons has been the reason they are winning I really hope he keeps it up ! Can someone tell me why 93 won’t be on team USA for Olympics !
