What’s up with Christian Darrisaw and the Minnesota Vikings?
Where's big boys at? >> Purple Daily is daily Vikings entertainment. I just want the Vikings to win a Super Bowl before we die. >> I WILL RIDE WITH THIS GROUP. >> SERIOUSLY, MAN. >> PLEASE. >> And away we go. >> Guy Darren Doogie Wolson from the five Eyewitness News sports department. >> Sports Dad. >> Yeah. Well, so Sports Dad is uh cheating on you with Thor Talks Purple right now, but he will beware >> back on Thursday. You know, >> I'm devastated, but I'll be okay. >> We could give you the L. You could crash that party if you want. We can just give you the just pop in there. >> I'm afraid the internet devils will, you know, get a hold of me, the gremlins and all that. I mean, you know what I was dealing with this morning. But >> here I am. So, away we go. >> Until the internet decides otherwise, we're going to get some information and maybe some speculation from our guy Doogie here. Um there Grenard, we'll talk about the surgery for him. I want to run a McCarthy stat by you that that we found interesting on State of the Vikings, but Christian Darasaw, let's let's start there. So he had the surgery of, you know, it's we're now like 400 plus days postsurgery for him and he's had a handful of games or weeks where it's been kind of stop start. He's come out of some games. He's taken a lot of like midweek practice time off or or the team has decided one way or the other. Uh and now it's kind of week to week to finish the season. If it's up to me, just don't play him and let him rest up for the next 6 months until until training camp. I mean, he'll hit OTAs and mini cams. But what do you make of Darasaw's recovery? 400 days in, it's been spotty. He's he's had issues with the knee and it just it just feels like I don't know if if it feels concerning, I guess, to me. Can you pour any cold water on that concern or no? >> Well, I have some concern, too. Why does the knee keep swelling as you mentioned? I mean, we're well over one year beyond the surgery date. So, he underwent surgery on a Monday, November 4th of 2024. The injury occurred in a game in LA on October 24th of 2024. So, there was enough swelling where they needed to allow the swelling to go down. They waited 10 days to do the surgery. Not atypical, but like I think about Patrick Mahomes of the Chiefs already underwent surgery to repair two ligaments. Let's not forget with Derasol, we are talking more than the ACL. Not completely comparable to Mahomes, LCL at Mahomes, MCL Darasaw, but Mahomes already underwent the surgery. The other fascinating thing to me when I think about Mahomes, the Dallas Cowboys team doctor did the surgery. In the case of Darasaw, Vikings team doctor, Dr. Chris Larson, who is highly thought of Twin Cities orthopedics. Like you hear a lot of good things about Dr. Larson. Now you think of a man that size, Phil, should he have been out there doing anything in June during the mandatory mini camp? Then the ramp up July into August. Did they push it a bit too much? Now, typically this training staff goes the conservative route >> and early in the season because we thought at one point Darasaw would be good to go week one in Chicago. He doesn't play. Then he doesn't play week two, >> but does come back because in that moment we're thinking, well, why didn't you put him on the pup list to start the year? Hold him out four weeks. Well, lo and behold, he comes back. He plays against the Bengals. This is me morining, but he played Phil nearly 70 snaps midocctober against the Philadelphia Eagles. He then started four days later in LA against the Chargers, but had to come out early. Was that pushing it too much? He's been dealing with swelling at different points. I am not aware of any new injury, but why does the knee keep swelling? That's what they need to get to the bottom of. So, do I have long-term concern? Not necessarily. But why exactly can't they get this thing under control in the moment right now? And I'm with you, by the way. I mean, speaking of a short week, right, Eagles into Chargers, there's no reason to play him anytime soon, right? like don't play him against the Giants. Then certainly you're not playing him four days later Christmas Day against the Lions. Just shut him down at this point. That's where I stand on the Darasaw situation. >> Yeah. >> Dudes, do you find it a little weird though? Like do do you do you think it's more of Darasaw wasn't like able to play? Was the coaching staff putting him in a situation like, "Hey dude, if if you're good enough to go, let's let's get you out there because there was like there was a couple game time decisions that were a little weird." Was there like at all any contention between the two? Have you heard anything in them that or is this was just, hey, you got a big man here who had major surgery and is still trying to get back to being 100%. >> Yeah, that's it, Declan. I mean, I have not heard of any sort of contention. In fact, Darasaw went on the record before the Lions game in early November clearing the air that hey, my knee is fine. There's nothing new wrong, right? But you just wonder if somebody needed to reign him in. And I get it. Like you think about it. If you're Christian Darasaw, you sign a massive extension before the 24 season. Then before the halfway point of the 24 season, you go down with a season ending injury. Then you think about how high the expectations were this summer entering this year coming off a 14- win season. It was hard to see him, you know, stand there on the sidelines, watch his team lose week 18 in Detroit, then lose the first round playoff game, right? But he knew how high expectations were. So he's trying to push it, right? And hey, more often than not, players do want to push it, right? So, I just wonder if the Vikings could have reigned him in a little bit. We've brought this up before, Jaylen Naylor, right? Like that's the prime example to me. Think about the year Jaylen Naylor has had, how much he is going to hit the jackpot in March. Well, the Vikings didn't even want him on the field early in the season. They wanted to go the conservative route. He had to seek out a second opinion in Southern California, undergo a surgical procedure to play week one. So, I'm just telling you, more often than not, the Vikings go the conservative route. So, I'm just curious behind the scenes and I don't have all this information. I really don't. So, this is more speculation, reckless speculation if you want to call it that on a Tuesday. Fine. But why exactly was he doing what he was doing mid June then late July into early August? Did they push it a bit too much or allow him to push it a bit too much? Those are questions I have. >> Yeah. Yeah. It's um I mean I I feel like if given several months off in the offseason, all of this kind of just goes by the wayside. And what's interesting is this is the this is his fifth season in the NFL. PFF does the most in-depth offensive line grading of any platform out there. And that they're not perfect, but it's the best way to sort of gauge. And it uh it is across the board some of the low he's still an above average left tackle, if not like a top 12 left tackle in the league this year. Uh but it's across the board the worst season he's had since he was a rookie number-wise. uh he went from having like between 80 and 90 overall grades for three straight seasons to having a 65 and a half grade. Uh but that you know I I think I think it all bounces back next year provided there's nothing chronically wrong or there's not some new injury. So >> I agree. Yeah. I mean I'm not worried long term. They just they need to get the swelling I'd like to think they can but get the swelling under control. How much is the PFF grade due to all the penalties he's >> Yeah, it's I don't know what their formula is exactly, but that's that's definitely been a thing for him. Yeah, which by the way, if your leg isn't 100% and you're a half beat slower, you're going to maybe get a little there's been some false starts, but like new quarterback, new cadence, half step slower, not fully comfortable. It's all kind of a recipe for for penalties for sure. >> Yes. But to me, he is still young enough and a good enough athlete. I get it. We think about bigger guys, it's tougher. But when I think bigger guys, he's one of the better conditioned athletes of the bigger guys. I think about and so that's why I don't have that long-term concern. KOC echoed that for whatever that's worth, right? Journalism 101. Why is this person lying to me? But in this case, I do trust KOC when he said on Monday, "Hey, we don't have long-term concern. I just haven't been given any information to have any sort of long-term concern. So, I'm in the Vikings boat, at least on the record on that. >> Give us a Jonathan Granard injury update. So, he's season ending surgery, shoulder, what what are you kind of hearing on that front? >> Yeah, I mean the surgery will happen here pretty quick. The idea is to have the surgery before the week is over. Make no mistake on this, like that shoulder is pretty jacked up. Like if the Vikings were still alive, let's say the Vikings were winning the NFC North, he'd still be undergoing the surgery. Like it's beyond the point of being able to play through it. He tried and I know how tough he is. Like you think about the injury that initially occurred. It would have been what, the Ravens game November 9th. He then misses the Bears game, misses the Packers game, so misses two losses, comes back for the Seattle game. We saw him make enough of an impact in that Seattle game and he plays in the Commanders game, plays in the Cowboys game. We certainly noticed him the last few weeks overall. You look at his pressures, a solid year for Jonathan Granard, but yeah, it's just it's time to get that that shoulder fixed. He just couldn't play beyond it anymore. He knew that surgery was inevitable soon after the Ravens game after that initial injury, but there were things that they could do to have him finish the year strong, but you know, he reaches to to make that tackle on Sunday night and it just it's just to a point where it just the surgery needs to happen now. So, I mean, that surgery is going to happen very very fast. >> Dues, uh, Granard 22.5 million cap hit. uh next season it was the same cap at this season. Um I think he's got some void years, you know, in into the future in like 28 29. Do you see him as an restructure kind of guy in in going into 2026 maybe to help the Vikings get their cap problem a little bit more situated beyond the season? >> Yeah. Well, I mean I see him here. >> Yeah. >> In 2026. What exactly Declan the contractual terms look like, you know, maybe, you know, maybe they work out an extension. I mean, you know, team leader and all that, the relationship he has with with so many in the building, like they value that greatly. So, do you engage Drew Rosenhouse's representation on some sort of extension? But bottom line, I see Grenard here in 2026, but I was reminded on X on Monday that over the cap, right, I didn't know the exact number, but right now they have the Vikings projected what is it 46 and a half, 46.7, something like that. Approaching 47 million >> over the cap. >> So, we know how busy March is going to be. But yeah, I don't have specific information right this second Declan on, you know, is it a restructure or does he just play under the the current terms of his 2026 contract, but I'm just telling you I absolutely see Grenard here next year. >> Yeah, let's real quick on that front. So, uh, over the cap has the Vikings with it's it's now 36 million over because I think I think it's accounting for the 14 or $15 million in rollover. they because they have space from this season that they can roll over into next season to eat away from the cap issues. What I don't know is if they are including that in this number or not. We'll find out in the next few weeks, but almost certainly they're going to have to say goodbye to or get creative with if they want to to get compliant, they have to get $35 million removed from their books. And then if you want to make room for draft picks, that's another handful million dollars. And then if you want to sign free agents. So they are looking at having to clear I don't know 50 to$60 million in cap space and and we're kind of it's funny for two years they had all this like Kurt Cousins is gone and you're not paying all these ridiculous cap hits anymore but now you've signed all these free agents the last two years and the in-house extensions for Jefferson for Darasaw etc. They're going to have to get creative. I agree. I think Rard is back. Uh but the no guarantees left on the contract and there's a couple important guys on the team that have no guaranteed money and it's just it's a checkpoint for a renegotiation of some kind. Uh Brzinski and and who Quasy or whoever is running the front office is going to be very busy in the in the next few months. >> Yeah, I still haven't heard buzz on on a GM change. I just haven't. I mean, I still think when you miss the playoffs, there's going to be the inevitable fall guy or fall guys, but still haven't heard any sort of quiodofo buzz that that he's in trouble after signing the four-year extension earlier this calendar year. Yeah, I mean, all sorts of work and yeah, I mean, you know, I don't know if over the cap is accounting for that rollover money or not. It's what I saw on on X. Maybe I was off by by 10 million, but it was a significant number over the cap. And so yeah, I mean whether it's TJ Hawinson go up and down the list, right? I mean there are going to be changes. It's probably why like because to me like Eric Wilson is a Pro Bowler. >> I would have engaged his camp on an extension many weeks ago. I mean he's been so good >> since his snap count went up. What was that? The Bengals game week three. Like I want to me I want Eric Wilson here next year. And I get it. He's beyond 30 years old. Is there some sort of fall off at some point? But that man is in phenomenal shape. I just I want Eric Wilson here. And so >> to me, I would have engaged his camp at some point, >> but it just it hasn't happened. And so they have so many other issues to figure out. I guess he's somewhat far down the line. Plus, I mean, he knows that there's interest in bringing him back. So, I'm not sure he's a guy and his representation that, you know, within the first four hours of free agency on what is it March 9th or whatever it is, you know, go seek out an immediate contract. I mean, there'll be some dialogue at the combine, maybe even before then, right? So, he knows where the Vikings stand, but it's probably tough to work out an extension with Eric Wilson right now considering the spot that they're in. >> Yeah. Let's let's talk some McCarthy here. We've had two really nice performances by him the last two weeks and and and three more games to go to get just kind of a better read on things. >> And I want to not that you need convincing because you've always been a big fan of McCarthy, but I want to throw some propaganda at you and blow your mind on something here in just a moment, dude, cuz after we shout out Underdog, Dax, what's happening on Underdog right now? >> Yeah, actually I I had a couple I had one no sweat token and I just got another one in in the lobby as well. That's that's the beauty of underdog. Have have your notifications on. No sweat token for the pick them. So, you get you get your money back. Uh, which is awesome. And that includes splash windshield washer fluid. If you're planning a road trip in the next few weeks or you're just driving around in these kind of mucky conditions off and on, you're going to want to make sure you have Splash minus 20 windshield washer fluid. Not just in your car filled up, but maybe an extra bottle uh at home or in the garage. Formulated with special additives to help you see safely wherever you choose to drive. Head to Menard's. Stock up on Splash windshield washer fluid because performance matters on the road and beyond. I have the jingle in my head. >> Actually, two jingles somewhere. You bring up Menards. I've got the Menard song in my head. >> Then I've got the splash. >> Save big money at Menard. >> We used to have a spun bar. >> Yeah. Just it's going through my head right now. >> We should play that jingle. >> Splash. Yeah. All right. >> Yeah. We're gonna Yeah. We're going to go windshield. >> Yeah. So, so dudes, the um >> Pro Football Focus H has a scouting metric called big time throw rate. BTT, big time throw rate. >> And it's it's a subjective scouting metric. It's a little bit of a you know it when you see it kind of a thing. But uh and we did a deep dive on this on the State of the Vikings episode of Purple Daily if you want like a kind of a 20-minute discussion. It highlights quarterbacks who consistently make exceptional plays that create big scoring opportunities, separating them from quarterbacks who only make the easy open passes. So, if uh like the characteristics of a big time throw are high difficulty, so tight windows down the field, beating excellent coverage into a tight window, uh timing, anticipation, accuracy, overcoming defensive pressure or coverage, so you're getting smoked as you throw or there's there's a bracket coverage and you're, you know, you're dropping a dot in there somewhere. Uh and and so all of these are characteristics of a big time throw in the NFL. And when you go back in time, like last season, Josh Allen, and Joe Burrow had the most big-time throws. The year before that, it was Josh Allen, Dak Prescott, Matthew Stafford. 10 years ago, Ben Rothosberger, Tom Brady, and Carson Palmer were top three in big time throws. The first year PFF ever tracked this was in 2006. And the top handful of big-time throw quarterbacks were Pton Manning, Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Carson Palmer, and Philip Rivers, uh, who is back playing. Now, here's the crazy thing, dudes. There's been a lot of bad for McCarthy this year. We we've tried we we've tried to wrap our heads around some of the low points. He's looked great the last two weeks, but on the season, Matthew Stafford is tied for the lead. Big- time throw rate. So, percentage of throws that are big- time throws. He's tied with JJ McCarthy. JJ McCarthy is tied with a future Hall of Famer in a category big-time throw rate that year after year the top quarterbacks in that bucket are like it's like a who's who of the top quarterbacks in the league who are making those throws and he is tied with Matthew Stafford big time throw percentage. I find that fascinating and obviously like a lot of us are looking for reasons to be optimistic. The last two weeks have provided a lot of those, but you can't there there are some things that he has that you can't teach. And those are the reasons why I am so bullish on seeing this process play out not only for three more games but into 2026. >> Yes. Although they still need to bring in healthy competition and depending on the compensation they give up for that healthy competition. I don't think it's a foregone conclusion that McCarthy is the week one starter next September. very possible he wins that job. I hope he wins that job. I am incredibly bullish, remain bullish on JJ McCarthy. Now, I am curious, Phil, where was he literally just before the Dallas game? Yes, he's been brilliant for eight straight quarters. He now has played 32 quarters. We are moving closer to him betting 500. Good versus bad. But I'm just curious, where was he in that statistical category? Literally just before Sunday night, >> he was top five still. I mean, he had like four he had like four of them against Dallas, but he has he had I think 16 on the season after the Dallas game, which is more than >> the best of the bunch, right? Correct me if I'm wrong on that. >> In that category, I think it was I think it was tied with maybe the Bears game or there was like another game where he had a a handful, but he has he and he's missed a bunch of games. He has more big time throws than uh than Jared Goff. He's got twice as many as Lamar Jackson. >> Scooby agrees. >> Scooby agrees. Yeah, >> he's very much in on JJ McCarthy. Yeah, he's very mad about Coach Moore and everything that happened in Ann Arbor, right? So, >> oh my god. >> Yeah. >> Jeez. >> Wow. What a calamity that >> Yeah, he wanted to speak up there. So, yeah, Scooby's very pro JJ McCarthy. So, yeah, I mean, you know, some of those throws he made on Sunday night, you're like, okay, right. And I know Chris Collinsworth is is analyzing the mechanics and all that and we've said, "Hey, mechanically, you're not fixing that in season. That's that's the off season." But yeah, still only 22 years old. >> Yeah. I mean, the idea remains, Phil, that you don't have to give up a second or third round pick, a top 100 pick for a M. Jones or somebody of that ilk or go sign a big money free agent like bringing back Daniel Jones. that the idea is you hit on this this quarterback on a rookie deal. So maybe you don't have to do so many different gymnastics moves to to get cap compliant, right? That is the idea. So so many people want this young man to succeed. I still more than anything, Phil, have concerns about his ability to stay on the field. Yes, this has been great >> for two straight weeks. Hopefully, it's another three. Finishes the year strong. Five consecutive games. Heads into a normal, healthy off season. But you still need to bring in some sort of competition slashp protection because I don't know if he can make it through all of 2026. I really don't. So, that still remains my number one concern. But, yeah, he's been great. And and I'm not buying the because I've heard this a lot. Well, the Cowboys pass defense is the worst in the NFL. Okay. Yes. All right. But in the same breath, I'm with Thor Nestrom on this. Okay. If we're going to cite that, what about when he's playing November 23rd at Lambo Field or any number of times where he's playing without, you know, Jordan Addison >> or starting offensive line? >> Yeah. >> Right. I mean, it's all encompassing to me. So, I don't want to play that game. I just I've heard too much in the last 24 hours. Well, it was the Dallas Cowboys. >> They are rock bottom defensively. I'm not going to argue that. >> When he plays a good defense, we're going to hammer him and not give him any sort of like excuse. But when he when he, by the way, when they score 65 points in two weeks against below average to bad defenses, he doesn't get credit. So, it's like, okay, he only he only gets credit and we only give credit in the NFL if you beat and look impressive against like six teams. Like, that's I I'm with you, man. Yeah. >> And I'm annoyed too, Phil. I saw your ex post. The amount of people that seemingly are rooting for this man to fail. >> It's bizarre. >> It is odd. You know, Chris Carter with K. Adams suggesting that we've lowered the bar this and that. I just Hey, you know, speak your mind. I'm not opposed to that, but just I don't know. Head scratching to me. >> It really is. >> Yeah, >> dude. Forgive me if I'm having amnesia here. Uh but with the whole Joe Burrow situation in Cincinnati, um with him being frustrated, him losing maybe some fun, uh just just lacking that and the Bengals being the Bengals who they are who love to pun intended bungle these type of things. Uh what what is your sense if Joe Bro becomes available or demands out I should say because he I I don't think Cincinnati is going to make him available, right? Burrow dictates this decision obviously. So, if he says, "Get me the hell out of here. I want to get as far away from this organization as possible," what what is maybe the price you would pay to get Joe Burrow, or are are you not interested in that? Are are we all in on JJ? Burrow to me is the is in the bucket of, "Okay, if he's available, uh, I'm picking up the phone and I I I want to have some negotiations here." >> Heck yeah, I'm picking up the phone. Damn right, Declan. I'm picking up the phone. Yeah. I mean, he's Joe Burrow. To me, for the next five years, if you could choose any quarterback, he's on the short list. He's not Josh Allen, but he's right up there, right? Like to me, he's top five. >> Like, he's in that conversation. JJ McCarthy is not in that conversation. So, if I can upgrade significantly >> now, you're talking what, two ones, >> at least one, if not multiple day two picks, plus McCarthy presumably, maybe another player as well. It's that sort of package. And I don't know if underdog Declan has has odds. I did see some betting site had some odds that you know it's like minus 800 right now that he'll be a Cincinnati Bengal >> in 2026. >> But sure now, hey, you want some reckless speculation? We know the Vikings have already engaged the Chargers on Justin Herbert going back >> a year and a half, two years. >> How do the Chargers end up finishing? Do they end up losing in the first round of the playoffs? Would there be any conversation there? >> Well, it's an that's an interesting one just because of the Harbaugh McCarthy connection, but um how good would you feel about let's say like whatever would have to happen for Herbert to become available is bad for Herbert's stock, right? like it would have to be he throws three more picks in another playoff game and they get bounced in the first round and the Chargers are like, "Ah, we just we don't think he's got it in big games and he makes too much money." >> I would still bet. >> So, you would then be swapping McCarthy and whatever for Justin Herbert and taking on a big chunk of that contract. And this is where like I'm I'm all for the big game hunting stuff, but the more McCarthy stacks games like the last two weeks, the more I am just like I want to see more of it. I want like because that's the holy grail on a rookie contract like that for no money. It's like yes that's what you did this for. >> But I'm just saying I mean Burrow to me is a no-brainer. >> I mean how would you not I mean to me there's 20 teams that should engage the Bengals if it ever got to that point. But as I stood last week when we brought this up, I still feel that there'll be a Cincinnati Bengal in 2026. I can't just help but wonder about the Chargers with the Harbaugh connection. But that goes back to JJ and why like for the longest time whether it was Harbaugh other Michigan people just the way people have spoken about JJ that it's great that it's finally happening because we thought it would right and so and it's a credit to KOC Dean I loved your analysis on X with the different personnel groupings that KC clearly has made enough adjustments the last two weeks we're seeing a lot of what JJ ran at at Michigan in terms of personnel groupings at least. >> Mhm. >> You know, so it's a credit to a lot of different people. But yeah, like so many people have have spoken just about how highly they think of JJ the player and the person for so long. We just we've been waiting. So >> it's fun to watch. It absolutely is. And hey, >> you know, another favorable matchup Sunday. So I I hope I don't hear, you know, hopefully he does play well again on Sunday against the Giants. I hope I don't hear Sunday night into Monday. Well, it was the Giants. >> Well, you will. >> Oh, you will. >> I'm sure. And then Detroit. That's another favorable matchup. I'm not denying that. >> Yeah, >> we've said it. This has been a stretch of >> of four brilliant matchups. Golden opportunity when you play the Commanders following, you know, what Max had to deal with in Seattle against that elite defense. But Washington into Dallas, into New York, into Detroit. Perfect. Then who knows what week 18 brings where the Packers are, if that game even means anything to Green Bay. But we just we said this four game stretch was a golden golden opportunity. >> So hey, credit to JJ and others for for running with it. So far so good. >> Yeah. And obviously you learn more against better competition. Uh, but if you're going to face lesser competition either defensively or a whole team, go beat the brakes off of them and score 30 points and look at don't ek the game out 15 to 13. Go do what they've did. So context matters here. The the >> 32 quarters. >> Like I can't help but wonder, Phil, do they beat the Steelers if JJ McCarthy plays? Well, this >> the Eagles, >> do they beat the Chargers if JJ McCarthy plays? >> Is their record better? Do they beat the Seahawks? Maybe not the Seahawks, but the other ones. I'm just saying, >> is their record better if McCarthy never gets hurt? >> If if they are adapting the way that they have the last couple weeks offensively, personnel-wise, running the football at a higher rate, then yeah, they'd probably sneak out another win or two. That's the the ultimate what if. >> I would think Pittsburgh would be the one, right? Maybe it's not Philly or the Chargers >> or Seattle, but yeah, I think it probably is. And you're right. >> A lot goes into that. It's not just JJ, but yeah, I think Yeah, if a lot of that happened or all of that, yeah, it's at least one more win. >> Yeah. Darren Doogie Wolson from the five Eyewitness News sports department braving the internet gremlins earlier this morning to hit his scheduled recording time, Dukes. And we'll see you again couple days. >> Appreciate it. >> All right, Dukes. appreciate you and we'll see you on Thursday. Purple daily. Thor talks purple. We'll see you guys.

Thank god we got all those meaningless opinions from Mr Doogie potato head again.
Decisions have consequences and while I am a minority in this view, KOC’s decision to not take a knee vs the Rams has proven to be incredibly costly. I don’t want to hear “it’s football, injuries happen”. Yes they do but this injury only happened because KOC stupidly ran the ball, how about the irony of that, which lead to his injury.
If he can’t play or is injured all the time would Darrisaw be considered a talented bust?
Yes cap next year will be a problem. That’s why all this Burrow talk is silly
There are competent LT that arent constantly injured like CD. Guy should be traded at the earliest opportunity. He's never played a full season.
Just sit out Darrisaw there’s nothing to play for let him heal up and be ready for next year
Burrow and the Bengals are finding out the hard way what happens when you pay huge contracts to three offensive players in a salary cap league.
As SOON as we trade him, he will become ALL PRO, and NEVER MISS A GAME!!! 😆😆😆
Darrisaw AND O'Neal have both had a downer season
The WOKE Wilfs will NOT replace Kwesi with a true MANAGER that has the gift to build a championship team! Just PATHETIC
Dookie is well, Dookie. I know you guys read your comments, please end this segment it is hurting your show, hell, run a poll and see the votes to end Dookie or keep.
Are we still talking Justin Herbert? Why would you want him after he bombed in the playoffs. We moved on from Darnold after he bombed in the playoffs and would have been a much lower contract.
I'm seeing people saying it takes 2 years to fully recover from a torn ACL. Does this just show again what a crazy physical freak Adrian Peterson was? He tore his ACL and I believe, his MCL in the FINAL game of the season in 2011. He played the FIRST game in 2012 and came within 10 yards of setting a new single-season rushing record.
If KOC had Macarthy for Pitt game they lose, because KOC would have still been calling same bad plays with a banged up OL.
How about low time throws?no.1?
Cant give up on brosmer.
Doogie ! Just Simply an incredible take on the Wild…
You watched Joe bourough lately he’s worth maybe one one round pick plus he spends half o every season hurt darrisaw had a bad knee in college before the draft that’s why he was still there at 22 or 23 can’t remember he has had trouble with it ever since
is doogie crosseyed
Darrisaw has never had 1 season without some injury DUDE IS INJURY PRONE waste of money
HARBAUGH KNOWS MCCARTHY SUCKS HE NEVER LET HIM PASS HE DOES NOT WANT MCCARTHY
My take is I'm riding with McCarthy! Trust me, you don't want to give up on this kid..and he goes somewhere else, becomes dat dude….He has the talent, the leadership, intangibles! He needs to stay a Minnesota Viking. He can straight ball out!
Time to move on from Darrisaw. Makes elite tackle money, but he's not elite and he's ALWAYS hurt. He even came into the league hurt ffs.
All Doogie did was waste time telling us what we already know.
Was the injury the unhappy triad of ACL, MCL and meniscus? If so it’s a serious injury.
JJ McCarthy = Trubisky GL
We don't need Joe Borrow we have McCarthy let's build around him see what this k8d can do after a full season
Love the new intro "where the big boys at?!"
Darrisaw needs a 2nd opinion (Like Nalor) and then fix it and man up.
