Mets Locker Room Rifts?

My understanding was that Lindor and Sodto was never a buddy buddy. It was never It was never Sodto and Judge. Sodto loved Judge. Judge went out of his way to treat Sodto very well in every way. He was a wonderful teammate. Sodto loved Judge. And my understanding is Lindor and Sodto got off on the wrong foot when Lindor did not call him and welcome him to the team. But it was never that they couldn't play together or anything major. The NMO Lindor thing, my understanding was political. Had to do with Trump. One side liked Trump, one side didn't like Trump. So Trump splitting up between Lindor. That's my understanding. It started over Trump. As crazy as that sounds, crazier things have

  1. Lindor has had issues with multiple guys, no?

    Maybe he gets traded.

But I’ll tell you, I don’t see the Mets doing anything meaningful here.

They are just letting guys go and not doing anything.

Maybe 2026 is all about seeing what young guys can do?

If that’s the plan, OK, but I thought the intention was to compete every year.

I guess we will find out, but 1986 is a LONG time ago.

Seems like we have been in a 40 year re-build. Not entirely true, but it sure feels like it.

  2. There's a cultural aspect here too between people from the Dominican Republic and people from Puerto Rico. They tend to not like one another or get along.
Lindor choked McNeil, Lindor alienated one of the (seemingly) nicest guys like Nimmo all over political things and Lindor didn't welcome Soto to the team.
Then why on Earth are they getting rid of everyone else instead of Lindor?……maybe the word is out throughout the league that he's an unhinged lib, that's petty and can't get along with anyone even with all of the money he's making. It's selfish and being a big phony with that big smile all of the time in front of the media……kinda like Stearns and his arrogant looking smirk.

  3. The issue has consistently been Lindor. He's just another typical liberal influenced by his wife, portraying the good guy with a big smile like Barack Obama, but in reality, he's someone who didn't want to give up power.

  4. Soto walks in the door with that ridiculous contract and his family comps treated as royalty, then suddenly there's a toxic clubhouse and nobody want to comes back.

  5. People who don't support Trump seem to not be able to function around people who do. It's happening in families all across the country, not just the Mets. Sad.

  6. It’s Acutally the other way around, judge wanted no parts of Soto. Why would lindor and Soto get off in the wrong foot.. when ownership gave the player 15 years to sign… makes no sense mike.

  7. Wow 😮 if true TDS is šŸ’Æ Percent in effect we who support the president of law and order common sense economic policies ect tuff no bullshit games says what he feels is best for our nation šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡øā¤ļø and we get hated and cancelled ect for having and America first view ā¤ļø I’m Puerto Rican and voted for Trump twice ! I love my country šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø and unfortunately most American Puerto Ricans don’t like Trump because they believe the liberal media and its lies and deception! Lindor is a trouble maker he had run ins with various Mets McNeil Alonzo and rumors of Soto and nimmo over politics! Thats ridiculous!!! Everyone has the right to vote and choose who they want in power ! We need to stop this division šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø it’s not good for our country in our workplace or families it’s ok too disagree and not get attacked for supporting your president ! It’s nonsense!
