Cooper Flagg and Ryan Nembhard check in at 1 and 8 respectively on the NBA rookie ladder

  1. This team is 5-3 once we inserted Nembhard into the starting lineup after starting out the season at 5-14. Yes he has clear flaws (defense, his lack of scoring ability will probably be exposed eventually), but our team is undeniably better when he’s on the court as opposed to DLo and even BWill.

  2. But we’ll see post about how Charlotte and Pelicans have a better young core in the offseason. Bookmark it

  3. Nembhard has unfortunately come back down to earth these last few games. I think it’s crazy to expect him to maintain that high of a shooting percentage and AST/TO ratio. Hopefully he can start to hit his open shots.

  4. Fears can play a little bit. I like how his game is translating to NBA.

Also. Would be good to put a spot by the lottery picks. Fans seem to have become convinced that is the only way to build a champ.

I think it helps, but sometimes if you are patient on draft day, the players come to you
