Marte would be perfect, Ricky. Now, your outfield would be what it is, but Marte becomes your second baseman. He is your everyday second baseman. He’s a switch hitter that you would slide right into the top of that lineup. And now, when you were talking about Ricky, that lineup when we did the exercise yesterday looking, well, where does Garcia fit and who’s protecting Harper and it leaves a lot of question marks. You add Marte to the top of that lineup, things are looking a hell of a lot better. >> Yeah, things change a lot. I I and and the one thing people will say, “Well, why Catel Marte?” Well, I want you to think about what do the Phillies value the most offensively besides like the home runs, what do they value? >> OBP. OBP. His OBP career-wise against right-handed pitching 344. Against left-handed pitching, 366. The guy gets on base. I mean, if that if that’s what you want to go with, that’s what you want to look at. And he’s got some pop, too. >> I think he definitely has some pops. He hit what, 28 home runs last year.

  3. Turner marte Harper Schwarber Garcia jt marsh miller Crawford. Or Turner marte Harper Schwarber then any combo of Bohm/jt/garcia (whoever earns it) and then marsh and Crawford, but that assumes it takes painter to land marte

  5. Actually. Scott is a very good nine hole hitter the problem is outfield and 3rd base. Not enough talk about how the starting pitching is no longer strength of club outfield. 3rd. The problem

  6. The Red Sox and Mariners are also reportedly after Marte, so the Phillies would have to offer a lot. The Diamondbacks would probably be trading Marte only if they sign Bregman to play third, so Bohm is really not a trading chip.

  9. Move Turner to 3rd, trade Bohm along with Casty, move Stott to SS and then Marte at 2nd. Once you come off of Bohm and Casty money it would help. Then get JT back.
