Rosey is 1000% correct, it does not matter what coach or system is implemented; when the players don't give an ounce of effort what do you expect to happen?! They've had different coaches with completely different styles and it's not worked, at some point you have to point blame at the ones actually PLAYING the game…

One shift I saw the Caps turn over the puck deep in the Leafs end and ALL three forwards put their heads down and dug in like they were skating lines on the back check! That is the difference! Feel bad for Berube, total lack of respect from the players.
