  1. I can’t take someone seriously as a professional if they’ve saying the Yankees changed the policy exclusively because of Devin. It’s simply not true.
If he’s saying it jokingly I guess I missed it

  2. Stearns purposely PUNTED the 2026 season. He wants the best farm system in baseball so they can spend over the top for the biggest names. It's clear he stepped back after 2025…. evaluated….saw that the core hadn't won anything together….. and decided to reboot. It will be a quick reboot though. 2026 is going to have lots of ugly moments…..but once the new CBA gets handled this organization will be pushing every Dodgers button. That's his plan….. he's trying to do it quietly…..but it's obvious if you take a look at things.

  3. That’s a big hole in the offense they’ve created by letting Alonso walk. 10th in the sport in OPS last season. It will take a huge move just to fill that hole and get back to where you were last season. I thought having Cohen meant that stuff would stop. The money bags owner would sign Alonso and add to it, not take a giant step backwards and try to plug the holes.

  4. Yankee fans will talk shit about the guys who leave. Like Soto, Holmes. Soto is third MVP voting & Holmes pitches to a 3.5 era with the most innings he’s ever thrown. Devin had a bad first half but got better. Weaver will be fine.
